COR Freight is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented LogisticsCoordinator to support our Senior Account Executives. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth communication between shippers, carriers, and account executives. This role is crucial in maintaining efficiency and accuracy in logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist account executives in coordinating and scheduling shipments.
Communicate with shippers and carriers to track freight movements and resolve any issues.
Maintain and update customer and carrier databases.
Prepare and process necessary documentation, including invoices, contracts, and bills of lading.
Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays.
Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing logistics data.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum one year of freight brokerage experience required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Knowledge of freight industry regulations is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels;track orders and investigate problems.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and distribution.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and develop strategies for inventory optimization.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on inventory status and logistics operations.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory and logistics promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all logistics operations.

The Enterprise LogisticsCoordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of designated "Enterprise Accounts." In collaboration with the assigned team, you will ensure that all loads are accepted, properly built, scheduled, and delivered within specified timeframes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service for all accounts within the team.
Accept all loads tendered by customers and inform your Team Lead or Manager if a load cannot be accepted.
Regularly verify in the Transportation Management System (TMS) that all loads are accepted and properly built.
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with primary contacts and other carriers.
Assist with tracking shipments using 4kites/Macropoint for accounts requiring this service.
Support dispatch, check-calling, and load booking as needed.
Maintain consistent communication with customers to nurture and expand accounts.
Stay informed about market trends to ensure competitive truck rates.
Provide updates to customers regarding carrier locations, as well as any potential issues or delays.
Ensure accurate data entry into the TMS notes section for each load.
Take initiative in resolving customer issues and concerns, collaborating with team leadership to find effective solutions.
Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) for all accounts.
Ensure correct invoicing and accurate rate management for customers.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Previous experience in logistics operations is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
