3. Inventory, Tools & Equipment Management
Maintain accountability for all tools and materials assigned to fleet vehicles.
Use Workiz and tracking sheets to manage van inventory and restocking cycles.
Ensure every technician's van is stocked daily and ready for dispatch.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for replenishment and special material requests.
Track tool checkouts, report missing items, and manage replacements as needed.
Support emergency material runs and ensure availability of critical field supplies.
4. Daily Runner & Office Support Logistics
Perform daily runs between job sites, offices, and vendors for:
Material and equipment pickups or returns
Delivery of invoices, checks, permits, and paperwork
Emergency parts deliveries to technicians
Supply restocking (filters, fittings, refrigerant, PPE, etc.)
Maintain an organized company vehicle dedicated to logistics and deliveries.

Overview:
The Operations Coordinator - Track & Trace is responsible for monitoring in‐transit shipments, ensuring real‐time visibility, and proactively managing exceptions to protect service performance. **Qualifications / Requirements:**

Overview
The HUB Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing load planning activities and coordinating load assignments. The role is responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound freight at a HUB location, and providing guidance to station personnel regarding routings, carrier assignment and other load planning activities. This role serves as a liaison between the freight-forwarding station and the AIT Middle Mile Network HUB operation. As the representative of the AIT Middle Mile Network team, the HUB Operations Coordinator will provide the station management with communication, training, and guidance as it pertains to the HUB operation associated with the AIT Middle Mile Network by which giving the HUB Operations Coordinator the authority to document and communicate service failures, provide critiques, and provide additional trainings to the station personnel. This is considered an on-site customer facing position, and as such, the HUB Operations Coordinator must act in accordance with AIT Worldwide Logistics core values. The HUB Operations Coordinator must provide direction as to routing of the freight with the AIT Middle Mile Network's partner carriers and linehaul carriers. In conjunction with the station management, the HUB Operations Coordinator will regularly make determinations when additional loads need to be booked based upon the service dates and will coordinate with the AIT Middle Mile Network Linehaul Operations to ensure coverage of these loads.
Responsibilities
Responsible for communicating daily with station managers within the assigned geographic region to encourage and enhance usage of the AIT Middle Mile Network.
Identify opportunities that are being routed outside of the AIT Middle Mile Network and communicate with the owning stations to ensure the freight is injected into the AIT Middle Mile Network, if applicable.
Providing guidance regarding load quality and expectations of operating within the Middle Mile Network HUB operation through daily interaction with assigned location's dock personnel including supervisors and management
Responsible for making routing suggestions through understanding the requirements/ expectations of handling shipments of consequence - must understand service level requirements
Process timely and accurate updates to the AS400 with departure times and additional information as needed upon departure and arrival at assigned HUB locations
Coordinate daily taskings according to priorities - adjusting as necessary as more data /information is received and protecting service.
Provide loadouts to HUB Operations Supervisor or station personnel (depending on location assigned) for linehauls scheduled. This includes ensuring proper paperwork is attached to include AIT Middle Mile Pre-Trip Inspection Forms, and AIT Middle Mile Activity Cover Sheet. This is the beginning of the AIT Middle Mile loading and unloading activities within the HUB location.
Collects information regarding activity prior to shift, during shift and presents this information to the HUB Operations Supervisor or Domestic Transportation Manager (depending on location assigned).
Proactively communicating with customers (internal and external) regarding shipment status to provide best in class customer service
Conduct investigations regarding misrouted freight, OS&D and other discrepancies and necessary.
Move materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift. Perform warehouse checks daily.
Process inbound and outbound documents, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies as required.
Processing data and information to inform KPI status of HUB Operations in a manner acceptable to be presented to customers (internal and external), Regional Director level and below within the AIT Worldwide Logistics organization.
Communicate with AIT Middle Mile Network Corporate Operations Team regarding additional adhoc loads and routing requirements as communicated by the HUB Operations Supervisor and/or Domestic Transportation Manager.

They have oversight of the business to support Customer Operations: Payroll, Tax, Garnishments, Employee Services, COBRA, Finance & Accounting, and internal HR departments. Responsible for allocation of work distribution; delivery and staff adherence to standard operating procedures; and incident reporting, resulting in improvements. Also responsible for the oversight of internal administrative departments for incoming and outgoing mail and checks, and support facility services as needed. The Fulfillment Manager reports to the Director of Payroll Services. This is an on-site position working out of the OSV Dallas Headquarters.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
Work distribution and scheduling
Ensure print jobs are occurring and shipped within the customers' contractual SLA
Ensure that the team is processing within the guidelines of the standard operating procedures
Monitor tasks to ensure service level agreements and high customer satisfaction levels are being met
Incident Reporting.
In coordination with the Fulfillment Support Specialist, develop short- and long-term improvements. Perform and document formal customer Root Causes Analysis within the contractual SLA timeline.
Point of escalation for customer - manage the timely handling and resolution of customer distribution issues
Adhere to security protocols to safeguard confidential, proprietary, and customer information
Ensure all work due each day has been processed in accordance with each business unit's delivery requirements
Continually assess work products and procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing, and to identify continuous areas of improvement
Accountable for all internal daily reporting and completion of work triggers (approval of print jobs, distribution status updates, follow-up with payroll for outstanding incomplete jobs, etc.)
Work consistently to deliver excellent customer service related to the entire distribution process
Work with the Fulfillment Operations Manager to ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard of operation
Facilitate special internal requests to applicable OSV departments
Ensure 5S duties have been completed
Assist with special projects as needed
Support disaster recovery and business continuity mitigation plan, and execution against the plan
Manage HR and Performance Appraisals for employees, including employee 1:1 training, goal setting, professional development plans, and monthly performance scorecards

About the Position
The LogisticsCoordinator I is responsible for coordinating all aspects of inbound/outbound, planning, and distribution processes for shipment. This position may also be responsible for a specialized area within inbound/outbound, customer service, returns, and inventory tracking.
Functions
· Oversee the assigned inbound and/or outbound processes required by the customer and ensure proper workloads are provided to floor associates where applicable.

The Logistics Operations Sr. Manager (Linehaul / Forwarding) is accountable for providing strategy for multiple high-volume supply chain/logistics operations to ensure consistent high level service quality and customer satisfaction, profitability, cost efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Ultimately responsible for providing operating leadership to Product Line/Operations, Domestic, and Custom Brokerage management oversight of the delivery of services, attainment of profit objectives, business expansion, safety, quality, development of human resources, and the adherence to policy and procedure and statutory regulations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Provide Leadership for the Product Line/ Operational development in Ground Domestic and Custom Brokerage of short, immediate, and long-term business development strategies for key customers.

* Develop, foster and grow positive and professional relationships with executive level customers and colleagues.

Education
