Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with warehouse, procurement, customer service, and production teams to align logistics plans with business needs. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to all transportation regulations and company policies. Maintain proper records of shipments, carrier invoices, and freight audits. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong understanding of freight and carrier operations (LTL, FTL, international, etc.). Proven track record in achieving or improving on-time delivery performance. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in logistics software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Skills Experience with transportation management systems (TMS). Knowledge of import/export regulations and Incoterms.
