Shipping automation: research and make recommendations for order fulfillment automation that integrate picking, packing and shipping to maximize efficiency, reduce cost, and increase fulfillment outputs for parcel orders. Skills and Qualifications Needed Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps, trends and develop solutions. Technical and process improvement aptitude with knowledge or exposure to logistics and WMS software. Good organizational and communication skills with ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, and industrial engineering.
