We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Fulfillment Manager to partner with warehouse management in supervising our night warehouse team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for helping the Fulfillment Manager lead the team, driving efficiency, and ensuring all nightly picking, loading, and invoicing processes are completed to company standards.

✅ What You'll Do (Essential Duties)
Lead & Supervise: Partner with the Fulfillment Manager to lead the warehouse team and ensure all employees adhere to company standards and safety procedures.
Train & Develop: Actively train, coach, and mentor all loaders and pickers. You will participate in writing annual performance reviews and conduct disciplinary actions when necessary.
Drive Operations: Make accurate and efficient daily decisions to meet customer and company needs. Troubleshoot processes to improve efficiency and ensure all picking work is completed daily.
Manage Systems: Oversee the use of our AS 400 system for invoicing and releasing picks, as well as managing the PickRight system and other warehouse equipment.
Own the Process: Take responsibility for the daily completion of all picking processes, including filling and staging products, invoicing, and confirming all customer orders are in from the sales staff.
Report & Analyze: Provide requested reports on warehouse productivity to management.
Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts. This role may also require backing semi-trucks into dock bays.
📋 What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., warehouse supervisor, distribution team lead, or logistics management).
Required Skills & Abilities:
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established quotas and standards.
Strong knowledge of warehouse practices, procedures, delivery routes, and equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Must have the ability to be flexible with a night-shift work schedule and work overtime as required.
Proficiency with Windows Office, email, and general computer operations.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
A strong leader who can take direction from management and motivate a team to maintain high performance.
Walk and stand on concrete floors for up to 12 or more hours per day.
Lift and transport a minimum of 30 lbs. on a consistent basis and up to 70 lbs. intermittently.

Overview
The Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations and event setup of the arena. This position assists with general labor tasks, including event setup and teardown, facility maintenance, and show care to ensure the venue is safe, clean, and event-ready. The Operations Coordinator works closely with the Operations Manager, Supervisors, and other event staff to execute a variety of configurations for concerts, sporting events, trade shows, and community functions.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$17.00.

Responsibilities
Oversees the operation of all event changeovers, i.e. basketball floor, stage risers, chairs, and signs.
Performs routine to moderate tasks maintaining livestock arena, exercise arena, stall barn, facility floors, chairs, staging, risers, and other inventory as needed.
Oversees housekeeping services for the facilities
Assign work activities, monitor work flow, identify and resolve common operational issues.
Maintain an accurate record keeping system for hazardous materials communication program.
Interacting with clients, serving their needs within the confines of state and local laws, and provides physical facility needs and performs custodial duties.
Performs moderate to difficult set-ups in livestock facilities and works around some livestock.
Performs operation of machinery, included fork lifts, skid steer, tractor, and pick-up trucks.
Review and coordinate and changeover work plan, facility maintenance and operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required.
Possess superior interpersonal and strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, handle multiple tasks at one time, meet deadlines.
Must be self-motivated with strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of operational equipment including but not limited to: forklift, pallet jacks, scrubbers, floor buffers, mechanical lifting devices, staging, retractable seating risers, basketball floors.
Ability to follow written instruction, interpret AutoCAD drawings and blueprints.
Candidates must be able to follow orders explicitly, be capable of working as part of a team, and be able to work well with other individuals.
Candidates should be able to work alone if required, and be able to complete tasks up to and including final clean up and putting tools and supplies back to their assigned storage areas.
Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, overnight, weekends, holidays, extended (long) work days and extended number of days.
Forklift certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Transportation Oversight
Manage and coordinate employee bus routes and public-facing resort shuttle services.
Oversee fleet allocation across Resort based upon seasonal business needs, and fleet status.
Develop transportation schedules, monitor ridership trends, and adjust routes for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and maintenance standards for vehicles and drivers.

Parking Operations

Maintain and oversee use of snow removal equipment specific to these areas.
Leadership & Administration

Monitor budgets, manage equipment needs, and oversee vendor contracts as assigned.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in transportation, parking, or facilities/grounds management, preferably in a resort, hospitality, or municipal setting.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing year-round and seasonal teams of 5-20 or more.
Knowledge of parking operations, transportation systems, snow removal best practices, and grounds maintenance equipment.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and resolve guest issues with professionalism.
CDL license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) preferred.
Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
Budgeting & Administration
Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets with accuracy and fiscal responsibility.
Forecast labor, equipment, and supply need to maintain quality while managing costs.

Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the Resort Leadership and Ownership to align goals and priorities.

Safety & Compliance
Ensure all operations adhere to OSHA, EPA, and state/federal safety standards.
