The Government Operations Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for government freight movements by scheduling pickups and deliveries, entering and maintaining load data in company systems, and serving as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. Essential Functions:
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers, consignees, and facilities based on contract requirements.
Enter and maintain accurate load, appointment, and shipment data in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Collect and log required shipment details including pickup/delivery numbers, dates, and equipment information.
Monitor scheduled appointments and communicate updates or changes to internal operations teams.
Serve as a point of contact for routine scheduling inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.
Perform routine administrative tasks including data entry, tracking, and documentation.
Follow established procedures and documentation standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

The Purchasing and Logistics Specialist is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and services required to support company operations. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
Proven experience in procurement management, supply chain management, or logistics

How you will make an impact
The incumbent of this position serves as the Coordinator/Dispatcher for the Off-Campus Classes (OCC) and Work Program in addition to serving as the department liaison/communication coordinator to all schools and boarding programs for reporting and resolving day bus discipline reports or issues.
* Supervises and monitors student behavior on FSDB school buses and documents positive and negative behavior through the use of Incident Reports, and Transportation Reports, etc. and incorporate these reports into the behavior management systems. Utilizes established policies and procedures to ensure that the educational needs, social needs, and safety of the students are met. Communicates with schools and dorms as needed on resolution of discipline referrals or other behavior issues.
* Manages state vehicle requests and assigns fleet accordingly; conducts monthly usage analysis on each unit to determine its utilization and schedules units to maximize use. Coordinates staff driver's license verification using the DAVID System and serves as the lead user; maintains documentation audit log and program procedures. Transport student luggage from dormitories to bus loading area per student home going.
* Coordinates the OCC and work program; schedules routes, assigns drivers, maintains student attendance and communication with schools and work program supervisors.
* Performs other related Transportation Department duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Transportation or his/her designee. Utilize conscientious and safe handling of all warehouse material handling equipment including pallet jacks, hand dollies and forklift to avoid personal injury to self, others and damage to product, equipment, or facility.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area always including warehouse, grounds, bins, and equipment; clean up spills immediately; keep walk areas and exits clear; lock and secure equipment and facility as required; notify manager of problems or needed repairs immediately.
Demonstrate professionalism and speak respectfully when interacting with agencies, staff, volunteers, and the public.
Ensures the sharing floor is staged with a variety of product 10 minutes prior to opening hours using the FIFO food safety guidelines, including rotating and restocking perishable product per hour as needed, tagging pallets with date/time/weight, packaging, and product integrity at the end of sharing floor activities.
Ensure that the sharing floor is swept, floor scrubbed, and pallets/boxes restocked, plastic removed and organized at each day.
Assist with the agency weigh and checkout process.
After lunch - Ensure that the mobile pantries are staged and invoiced for the next delivery day.

Job Qualifications:
Must have a Bluetooth hands-free headset
At least three years of experience in a warehouse environment preferably in the food industry
Ability to read and write in English and at a level that is generally accepted as literate
Possess basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
Must be forklift certified and professionally trained in food safety
Ability to operate material handling equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks
High level of personal integrity and honesty

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, record, and stock shipyard materials and supplies
Organize inventory locations to support production and staging needs

Prepare materials for shipment including pulling, packing, and labeling

The On-Site LogisticsCoordinator has the critical responsibility of managing inventory and coordinating transportation, distribution and delivery of all assets arriving and departing from the venue for each show. Position Overview:
Receives, processes, and organizes all materials and equipment upon arrival.
Leads the setup of all Back-of-House (BOH) spaces used for Load-in, Run of Show, & Load-out, including tent builds and shipping container placements asset storage, etc.
Ensures adherence to Load -In & Load-Out Standards to prevent loss or damage of materials.
Monitors that work areas remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Assists in ensuring all equipment, tools, and materials are properly handled, maintained, and stored by completing daily and weekly inventory reports.
Participates in pre-shift and post-shift meetings to align logistics with broader event goals.
Works closely with build leads to distribute assets effectively.
Monitors stock levels of essential materials.
Communicates shortages to the Producer of Owned Events or Director of Assets & Logistics to avoid supply gaps.
Creates guidelines for maintaining back-of-house areas during the event.
Oversees packing and palletizing at the end of the event.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in event logistics required.
Knowledge of logistics, site setup, and asset management.
Forklift Certification is required.
Proficiency and confidence in using all basic power tools and hand tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong skills in record keeping and computer systems.
Ability to to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for long periods in.
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold temperatures).
Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. **Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.**
