To provide support primarily to Capital Purchasing as well as Real Estate, Design and Construction Teams by coordinating and tracking process steps, inventory, shipping of materials and equipment for New Restaurant Openings (NRO) and other Special Project Rollouts. Track and Maintain reports on contracts, service issues, invoicing, capital projects, tests, and rollouts. Work with multiple vendors to coordinate and communicate construction schedule tracking and schedule changes to assure all Red Robin sourced capital items including, but not limited to FF&E and Kitchen Equipment is complete for each job site. This role is a significant information resource that will require excellent organization skills and ability to maintain and track data as well as great people and communication skills. Additional responsibilities supporting the Supply Chain Team may be added.

Work with team to maintain and communicate information, project timeline, schedule changes and updates. Coordinate on-site delivery dates with General Contractor, Construction Project Manager, Capital Purchasing Manager and Development team.Maintain and communicate Vendor Tracking schedule for new restaurant and remodel construction.Work with the team to help problem solve, escalate issues, and find resolution throughout the life of the project. Generating quote requests that are sent to all vendors, for all Capital Projects. Then receive, review and route quotes for approval and tracking the status of quotes. Coordinate with Project Accounting on the quote approval and purchase orders generated.Distribute Purchase Orders to Vendors and work with Project Accounting to track and close out Purchase Orders. Assemble project closeout documentation.Assemble warranty information, warranty contact lists at the end of each project, work with Project Accounting to close out projects.Receive, track, process project invoices.Work with Purchasing Manager(s) to maintain accurate list of current specs, alternates, models, by manufacturer with current pricing and lead time. Maintain list of approved Vendors.Assist Facilities, Operations or other team members on routing capital purchasing related questions or issues to the appropriate team member or vendor.

Your Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to the coordination of Sea Export shipments such as, opening export files, production of internal documentation, updating export statuses, assisting and advising customers of Arrival, arranging deliveries, processing invoices (including price conversions and verifying shipment weight and volume), dealing with e-mail queries from Kuehne + Nagel Overseas offices as well as ensuring that excellent standard of data accuracy Your Responsibilities • Operational duties to include coordination with shippers, truckers, steamship lines and K+N offices for the export of shipments.

• The complete process of shipment includes arranging for pick-up or inland transportation, booking, document preparation (bill of lading, K+N invoicing, certificate of origin, export declaration and/or AES, if applicable) forwarding, follow-up with tracking and tracing to final destination and data quality requirement.
