Job Summary and Qualifications

This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the LogisticsCoordinator is responsible for carrying out the order fulfillment work plan for the shift. Utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) best practices, the LC coordinates order allocation, replenishment, and the flow of inbound and outbound freight throughout the warehouse with a focus on accuracy, quality, and efficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Picking and Replenishment
Ensures all trailers and containers are checked into RP in timely manner to secure correct time stamps up arrival and dispatched completion.
Ensuring all OB's are completely loaded and complete, close out/dispatch as required.
Ensure all containers are correctly reported in WMS (time arrived/time emptied)
Checking in all IB receipts into WMS to allow operations team to receive product into inventory.
Ensure drivers log is completed and initialed for every load.
Make sure a valid Drivers license is provided for every load.
Closing all IB receipts after product is received into inventory *report and all discrepancies.
Prepare all trailer inspection reports for all IB and OB loads.
Monitor and complete all loads on Open dock - add extras as needed.
Communicate with Jockey all trailer moves (live or drop loads) and preloaded.
Maintain proper filing of all IB's and OB's paperwork in secure locations. Remove and box full folders for permanent storage.
Monitor and control visitors' badges, making sure they are being properly signed in and out and returned.
Make sure FedEx orders are received and shipped.
Communicates progress in resolving short allocations with management.
Schedules for customer rush orders.
Uses Outbound Order Progress Display/Load Planning Operations to monitor order progress to ensure timely completion of order picking.
Inbound and Outbound Freight
Using the inbound and outbound schedule assigns work to MHE Operators and monitors the flow of work throughout the shift.
Works with the supervisor to coordinate the most effective manner to organize inbound and outbound loads.
Uses WMS to monitor receiving and shipping task progress to ensure timely completion of scheduled loading and offloading.
Assigns work and work instructions to Team Members for the manual offloading of trailers ‘lumping'.
Communicates progress for offloading and loading and reports any delays immediately to management.
Records in WMS delivery of received inbound trailers not yet put-away to a location.
Closes customer orders in.
Prepares all inbound and outbound transport carrier paperwork, including customer specific requirements.
Ensures proper paperwork for multi-stop outbound freight.
Records and maintains trailer numbers and dock door numbers in WMS.
Oversee and control the arrival, departure, movement and storage for trailers in the yard.
Communicates with drivers to move trailers within the yard to ensure inbound and outbound trailer requirements are adequate.
Check and track load arrivals and departures times during the shift and investigate missed deadlines for resolution.

Responsible for performing all administrative duties associated with the service operations department so that the department functions efficiently and cost effectively.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Performs Install Base maintenance as needed. Creates safety inspection tickets.
Updates on-call lists, sends detailed notification to Dispatch daily. Checks technicians in/out, sends down car listing and communicates information to Dispatch and supervisors.
Provides status to National Accounts and customers on open work orders and completed callbacks. Updates evening ticket with the monthly work order number.

Performs research and review for Service Manager which may include running Account History reports, weekly pre-invoicing reports, high profile service account reports, Work in Process, Routing, TK Exact, missed service reports, sick unit reports, researching billable calls.
Sends copy of down payment checks to regional Accounts Receivable. Submits checks sent to branch for service to lockbox
Creates safety inspection tickets. Monitors pre-invoicing report to ensure Safety Inspections are not being processed as Preventative Maintenance Tickets/Manual tickets.
Assigns tickets to mechanics, as needed.
Compiles data/information for legal for First Report of Incidents and/or lawsuits (copies of contracts, tickets, and requested data) (assist office manager and/or contract sales admin to compile the required documentation).
Prepares badging applications and tracking; orders uniforms for service (if not ordered by warehouse).
Prepares special reports for high profile customers and provides National Accounts with updates and Requests for Information.
Reviews Work in Progress report (weekly) and submits to regional billers.
Reviews invoice on-hold reports and works with the Regional Procurement Department to correct.
Opens and distributes mail and faxes. (N/A if office has office manager)
Codes local Accounts Payable invoices and forward to Oracle Invoice email. (N/A if branch has office manager)
Manages vehicles and submits change forms to LeasePlan. (N/A if branch has office manager or warehouse supervisor)

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.
Shift details | Full Time | Day Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00am until 2:30pm or finish
Pay Rate | $21/hr
Employment is subject to verification of pre hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for arranging sections by velocity (hot, fast and slow zones) in order to assist the associates filling orders (order fillers).
* Arranges the shelf space on the static and flow racks using minimum to maximum philosophy to best utilize the available area.
* Monitors, stages and breaks down all bulk warehouse deals.
* Utilizes modern material handling equipment as needed.
* Creates and maintains tracking reports.
* Assists with physical inventory.
* Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary.
* Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
* Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
* Performs related duties as assigned.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
* Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year Associate's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
* 1 to 2 years of directly related experience.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Slot Info
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
* Strong product knowledge
* Good mathematical skill
* Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
* Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
* Strong interpersonal skills sufficient to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.
* Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Key Responsibilities
Issue kits, parts, and tools to the production floor and return/reshelve materials as needed.
Perform daily transfers of parts between internal jobs to support shop operations.
