The Product Fulfillment and Inventory Manager at ECNL (Elite Clubs National League) is an in-office position at ECNL Headquarters in Richmond, VA. The Product Fulfillment and Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment and inventory processes that support the league's apparel, equipment, and branding needs. This role ensures efficient management of the ECNL warehouse, accurate inventory tracking, timely distribution of league patches, and execution of all shipping and procurement operations aligned with ECNL standards. The Product Fulfillment and Inventory Manager is part of the Administration Department and reports to the Director of Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize ECNL's warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness.
Conduct regular audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Implement best practices for inventory control, tracking, and reporting.

The primary objective of the role is to support and optimize the Transportation Management System (TMS) platform for both air and ocean logistics, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with Evonik stakeholders. This position plays a role in managing cargo disposition and reporting, facilitating efficient operations. Transportation Planner:
* Planner for the Pilot plant 8539
* Back up planner when all sites are down, prepares/sends paperwork

* Assist the ECO manager and LLP to coordinate shipments with the LLP & trouble shoot issues on the LLP Platform and SAP
* Supports the BL for material compatibility
* Supports training with for LLP, CS and/or BL
* Handles air shipment TSA rejections: supports BL with investigating and correcting the issue and handles the re-ship of the load.
* Disposition consultant for LLP, ocean containers
* Attend BL meetings as needed, monthly and quarterly, providing feedback to the LLP and SCM on process and Ops needs to ensure smooth export process
* EDI - back up support on IDOC error clearing for exports
* Trouble shoot in SAP any EDI related issues and escalate to ECO manager, and all stakeholders as needed
Reports
* Generate SAP and Logward reports on export activities, Support ECO on monthly reviews
Labels
* Elma knowledge and set up for 5 BL for new label requirements
* Trouble shoots Elma challenges for BL and shipping sites
* Product Stewardship works with them on label vs SDS to get answers
Warehouse
* Supports challenges with deliveries for all 9 3PL and 5 production site - Superpower User SAP
* Training on all new employees on SAP Shipping Processes
* Reclassification of Materials notification to plants and warehouses
Additional responsibilities:
* Back up planner for 9 3rd party shipping sites, and 5 production sites
* Supports/consulted with CS in any SAP related topics relating to shipping international
* Creates Job Aids on demand
* All testing in Q11/I11 works with the BL, act as the planner and cross checked the documents.

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Operations Management, coupled with a
minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience, or a substantial 10 years of industry experience required.
* A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in International Transportation Management is essential.
* Proven expertise in the international freight industry, including a comprehensive understanding of carrier &
warehouse methodologies and proficiency in TMS/SAP systems. SAP Power user us beneficial.
* Strong analytical abilities with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential
* Proficiency in MS office and Empower Suite is highly desirable
* In depth knowledge of IATA and Dangerous Goods regulations is required.
