**Job Summary and Responsibilities** This is an onsite position in our Phoenix, AZ Command Center for a transfer center Patient Logistics Coordinator. **Core Duties:**

+ Documents activities clearly and accurately to promote effective communication with members of the care team including Transfer Center Hospital EDs Hospital Units Leadership and receiving facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Responsibilities:
Will mentor and train new and existing associates in specific distribution activities to help achieve established customer demands
Will train new and existing associates on current Standard Operating Procedures, which includes but is not limited to shipping, receiving, picking, and/or quality control
Will assist in forklift operation and certification for new and existing associates
Shipping/Receiving Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Supporting inventory management through material counts, record updates, and accurate reporting

What your day-to-day will look like:
* Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders
* Update account managers on problem loads and what actions have been taken, update receivers and customers on status of loads
* Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition
* Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposes
* Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentation
* Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept or decline loads based on direction from account managers
* Provide detailed directions and instructions to properly route drivers
At a minimum, you'll need:
* 1 year of logistics experience
It'd be great if you also have:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* General knowledge of the transportation industry
* Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
* The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.

The Transportation Officer is responsible for the secure and safe transportation, guarding and escorting, of individuals from specified sites to designated points. Transportation Officer duties include, but are not limited to, armed transportation services, escorting individuals to and from transport vehicles, and monitoring in accordance with customer's standards. Transportation services entail over the road transport services, courtroom guarding, security services, and other related transportation and guard duties. The Transportation Officer is responsible for ensuring that the transportation vehicles are in safe and correct working order. The Transportation Officer is to ensure that they are in complete control of the transport vehicles at all times and that vehicles are operated in a safe and legal manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Inspect and prepare transportation vehicles for daily operation requirements; perform pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicles; fill out required paperwork to report any damage or defects
* Conduct pat-down searches; ensure that individuals are properly secured prior to leaving a facility and while in a vehicle; ensure that all paperwork is obtained and completely accurately and thoroughly when obtaining individuals at a facility and delivering them to their appropriate destinations
* Safe operation of vehicles; ensure that all safety and legal measures are followed at all times while transporting, including but not limited, to all application federal, state, municipal and organizational laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to meet and maintain any applicable licensing, including driver's license or certification requirements
* Must be a citizen of the United Sates
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local law; G4S will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
* Minimum of two (2) years driving experience
