The MLM Intern is responsible for working with teams of hourly, bargaining employees in completing material receiving and delivery activities that enable the plant to meet daily production targets. This role directly supports daily production. The MLM Intern will troubleshoot problems as they arise and allocate resources and manpower accordingly to resolve issues without impact to plant throughput performance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university * Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship * Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a Manufacturing-related program at an accredited college or university (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) * Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN manufacturing processes * Willing to work in a manufacturing environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications * Capable of working both independently and as part of a team * Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners * Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment * Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations STELLANTIS DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, F-1, etc.) FOR THIS ROLE.
