Manage movement of goods returning from third party delivery providers to Blu Dot warehouse, including transfer validation, paperwork, booking and track/trace. Provide feedback on performance of existing final mile carrier network and make suggestions for areas of improvement. Participate in regular business reviews of final mile carriers. Audit delivery invoices to ensure proper payments for transportation services. Find and implement ways to improve and streamline existing logistics team processes.
