Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to provide support to our team in our Iuka, Mississippi location. Position is on the D shift (Fri, Sat, & Sun 7pm-7:30am) Position is onsite and unable to accommodate a telecommute/hybrid schedule. The selected candidate will support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provide technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations. The employee will be primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials. Provide logistical support: Preparing and/or coordinating required shipping documentation. Storage, tracking, and issuing inventories. Coordinates with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment. Monitoring receipt of item at receipt and maintains shipment/receiving records. Assist Accounts Payable in processing Invoices by providing shipment information. Ensure received parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection. Ordering of needed shipping supplies Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms. This position may be filled as a Level 1 or Level 2 based on the qualifications outlined below.
