Primary Purpose:

Once the DSP initiates a job in the Asana Project Management software, the LS will follow the workflow from production through customer delivery and returns completing each task as required.
Coordinate on-time shipping of merchandise from vendors and/or GPS warehouse to customers (FLT/LTL/Parcel)
Prepare and send customer communications relating to all phases of delivery and/or pick up from the customer's property(s).

Update supplier information in CRM (if requested).

Training Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transportation Coordination:
Book all transportation services for materials, equipment, and goods to and from various job sites and warehouses.
Work with carriers to schedule cost-effective and timely freight services.
Track and manage all shipments, resolving any transportation-related issues in real time.
Shipping Documentation:
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and relevant customs documentation for international shipments.
Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations.
Manage the submission of customs paperwork, coordinating with brokers when necessary to ensure smooth customs clearance for international shipments.
Schedule Management:
