What You'll Bring to the Team: Organizational Prowess: Proven exceptional organization skills with a meticulous attention to detail in all tasks. ERP/MRP Familiarity: Basic familiarity working with ERP/MRP software; experience with Accumatica is highly preferred. Documentation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Shipping Document Handling: Experience working with Bill of Lading (BOL) documents and packing slips. Shipment and Inventory Management: Practical experience in pre-staging shipments and accurately tracking inventory levels. Communication and Coordination: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Provide complete FAALC Technical Library maintenance services. c. Provide project management services to assist in all aspects of the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring and controlling of the project, and the closeout of assigned projects. The ProSidian Team Member's shall support the ProSidian and Client Team by maintaining individual project files consisting of background information, design notes, and other material for assigned projects.
