The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Consumer Goods clients
+ Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area
+ Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

YOUR DAY AS A WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICSCOORDINATOR
As a Warehouse and LogisticsCoordinator, you will lead a team of warehouse professionals, ensuring the warehouse is organized, efficient, and safe. Each day, you will coordinate inventory counts and restocking, handle purchasing and vendor relations, and manage the flow of materials, equipment, and parts between our main shop, satellite locations, and vehicles. You will oversee delivery operations, troubleshoot delivery or material issues quickly, and work closely with our service and installation departments to ensure job readiness. Your day will include performing data entry in QuickBooks and FieldEdge, reviewing inventory levels, creating purchase orders, and developing processes that help us scale and improve. As our operations grow, you will assist in warehouse and inventory expansion, implement new efficiencies, and continuously support our team's success.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICSCOORDINATOR
3+ years of warehouse operations experience
Experience coordinating drivers and delivery schedules
Ability to delegate responsibilities and hold team members accountable
Ability to lift and move HVAC materials and equipment as needed
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Leadership or management experience
Preferred:
HVAC, construction, or skilled trades industry experience

Vernon, Marion, Carbondale, and Metro East (Belleville, O'Fallon, Granite City, Edwardsville, Alton, Collinsville).
Travel may also be required to the Peoria, IL and/or Collinsville, IL offices on a periodic basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Review and process energy efficiency paperwork accurately enter data into spreadsheets and database programs
* Interpret data, analyze results, and validate data to allow engineering & sale teams to accuracy process and provide feedback to customers and businesses.
* Pursue data-driven solutions, design changes and/or updates to how the data is managed and presented.
* Data collection via incentive applications.
* Handle telephone contacts (both inbound and outbound) about the program in a professional manner.
* Technical Review of energy efficiency applications for incentive and rebates for utility customers.
* Conduct office administrative tasks and manage incoming workflow
* Collaborative team environment while supporting and interacting with cross-functional teams.
Required Education & Experience:
