Position Summary:
The Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of equipment, facilities, and refrigeration system maintenance at our high-volume distribution center. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of material handling equipment (MHE), dock and building systems, tax stamping equipment, and an ammonia refrigeration system supporting perishable distribution.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for taking a lead role the preventative and reactive maintenance programs of all equipment throughout the Plant.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage daily maintenance operations for all MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, etc.), dock equipment, and facility infrastructure.
2. Manage, maintain, and ensure compliance for the ammonia refrigeration system, adhering to OSHA, EPA, and PSM/RMP standards.
3. Oversee the operation, troubleshooting, and repair of tax stamping equipment, ensuring reliability and compliance with tobacco regulatory requirements.
4. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reduce reactive repairs.
5. Direct, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
6. Manage maintenance budget, including labor, spare parts inventory, vendor contracts, and capital project planning.
7. Collaborate with operations leadership to align maintenance priorities with distribution center performance goals.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards for food safety, quality, and workplace safety. (Solid & Hazardous Waste, PSM(APSM), MHE Licensing, etc.)
9. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inspections through a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
10. Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for recurring equipment or system issues.
11. Serve as the site subject matter expert for refrigeration and tax stamping systems, coordinating inspections, audits, and emergency response plans.

Working Relationships:
This position requires significant interaction with the Sr Mechanic, DC Manager.
Minimum Education:
5-10 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience, preferably in a distribution center, warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Education:
RETA (Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association) certification or equivalent.
Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration.
Experience in food distribution, convenience store distribution, or cold-chain logistics.
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience, preferably in a distribution center, warehouse or manufacturing environment..

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Provide leadership, vision, and direction for multiple aspects of the Trucking Division, including drivers, project management, field operations, equipment, compliance, and risk management.
o Procure and manage inventory of small tools, equipment, and materials - pick up supplies and materials as needed from local suppliers
o Partner with Maintenance and Construction Managers to receive deliveries
o Actively maintain asset database and help understand equipment and small tool needs for scalability & efficiency.
o Ensure all Crews, Field Supervisors, PMs, GCs understand when trucks are going to their sites.
o Track and compare the number of pieces of heavy equipment by branch, compare to revenue, number of active jobs, headcount etc.

volume of materials needing to leave and enter jobs, find most profitable dumping sites and places of procurement.
o Work with Snow manager to procure, allocate, and move equipment and bulk materials as needed for snow.
o Ensure all trucks are properly equipped with permits in multiple states.
o Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the Medway Operations Yard
o Maintain upturn of Medway Yard Security gate system
o Performs other related responsibilities as assigned by management
Safety:

Job Summary:
This position reports to the Manager of Air Operations and is responsible for securing air using our airline contracts and accurately calculating the price to the customer for all retail passengers on all of Collette's tour series. Each coordinator's goals are to obtain the best possible air schedule for our clients, at a reasonable cost to the customer and provide a timely turn around on all requests.
Primary Functions:
Create air reservations for all standard bookings in NEO, where the air server was unable to successfully make an air reservation.
Calculate pricing for all air reservations created to ensure appropriate margins are met.
Work all special requests made on retail reservations in a timely manner.
Responsible for proofing all air reservations created by the Air Server in NEO to ensure all standards of quality are met.
Verify that the reservation was priced correctly according to our contracts.
Verify that the flights chosen meet all time restrictions on the package our customers are booked on.
Verify that all connection times meet standards described in our policies as well as each airlines minimal connection policy.
Request Seat Assignments, Wheelchair Request, Special Meal request or any other special needs with the carriers booked.
Process Frequent Flyer information over to the airline.
Coordinate any changes on retail air reservations and provide a timely turn around on those requests.
Assist with re-protecting passenger's air due to any schedule changes on retail air reservations when the airline has protected the passengers on schedules that no longer meet minimal connection times and/or time restrictions on the tour package booked.
Research all service issues and determine best action for recovery resolution and report back to Manager.
Responsible for covering emergencies on pre-scheduled Saturdays/Holidays throughout the year.

Our inventory management specialists use our intuitive electronic systems and mobile scanning tools to ensure orders move efficiently from dock to desk.
A day in the Life:
Use handheld RF scanners and mobile app for replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing.
Own customer interactions via email and phone, assisting internal partners to resolve questions and build trust.
Lead site-level projects, define action plans, and drive timely completion. Participate in presentations and business reviews with clear insights and recommendations.
Serve as a trainer and SME, developing and delivering training materials.
Monitor stock levels, recognize events, troubleshoot process failures, and perform root cause analysis.
May perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Keys to Success:Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
Experience
3+ years of experience in customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse operations, or inventory control roles.
Experience/Certification with ULSIM and DFO/MF systems, and PowerBI is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Self-starter who works independently, supports team efforts, and can act as backup for supervisory tasks.
Experienced in training peers, serving as a subject-matter resource, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Familiar with operational metrics and performance tracking, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Effective communicator, adaptable to operational changes, and focused on quality, efficiency, and problem-solving.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
The role primarily involves working independently at customer sites, which may include areas with chemical-based allergens like penicillin and tetracycline. Personal protective equipment, such as lab coats, coveralls, facemasks, and steel-toe shoes, is often required. The position requires regular lifting of 30-40 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and using equipment like pushcarts and forklifts to move up to 100 lbs. Standing, walking, and manual material handling are frequent activities, sometimes in varied temperature environments. Overtime work may also be necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $21.76-$32.63.
