Primary Responsibilities Order & Shipment Coordination: Manage daily order allocations and special packaging needs, coordinating with growers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Oversee repack adjustments to address demand fluctuations or shortages. Grower Relationship Management: Serve as the primary daily contact for growers, maintaining clear and consistent communication. Facilitate collaboration with packinghouse managers and grower liaison teams to align production and delivery schedules. Supply Chain Planning & Execution: Develop long-term grower programs, oversee legal contract compliance, and evaluate growers' operational capabilities. Support strategic purchasing during shortages and manage packaging inventory flow. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal product and packaging inventory levels, monitor turnover, and prevent product aging or obsolescence. This position is offered in the following locations: + McKinney, TX + Andover MA + Tucson, AZ **What You Will Do** + Lead DOT Compliance metrics and drive continuous improvement. + Manage driver qualification program and lead strategy to maintain compliance adherent to FMCSA. + Maintain Fleet control tower by compiling data and developing industry standard for fleet metrics. + Data management and upkeep including asset details, driver manager contact, and cost center details. + Oversight of fuel purchase cards, driver fuel pins and ensure each vehicle has a current and active fuel card. + Partner with Raytheon functional leaders and management teams to lead the on-road safety and regulatory program to best-in-class. + Coordinate with driver supervisors and fleet leaders to execute strategies to build/maintain a culture of safety throughout all aspects of on-road transportation operations. + Coordinate the accident investigation and response process, guide business leadership through post-incident closeout. + Execute problem solving difficult to moderately complex issues and establish solutions to enhance the overall performance of the job function. + Demonstrated strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. + Harmonize freight and fleet best practices across Raytheon Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations Logistics teams. + Develop and manage key performance metrics to drive carrier/3PL performance and evaluate transportation expenses. + Establish continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate capability to utilize CORE as a key enabler to influence change. + Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Experience working in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. + Knowledge of 49 CFR and IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years' experience. + Experience with either Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations. + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. **Qualifications We Prefer** + Experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry. + Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, or PMP. + Experience in conducting and developing creative fleet or transportation training. + Knowledge of additional compliance regulations relevant to defense logistics and DOT fleet management operations. + Experience effectively organizing and managing multiple projects, demonstrating prioritization and implementation skills. **What We Offer** Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
