Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision

Develop and implement outreach and education strategies to promote brain donation awareness and registry participation, ensuring compliance with IRB requirements.
Support assigned team in designing, executing, and evaluating community engagement efforts.
Plan, coordinate, and participate in outreach events, community education sessions, educational events, and presentations.
Design and manage slide decks, brochures, handouts, and other marketing materials to align with program messaging.
Leverage tools (e.g., Canva, Trello) to produce and manage outreach campaigns and materials.
Collaborate across regions to ensure a cohesive, standardized approach to marketing and community engagement.
Regulatory & Reporting
Ensure program adherence to IRB and funding agency requirements.
Document and report outreach events, participant engagement, registry enrollments, consent discussions, tissue recoveries, specimen shipments, and data collection progress.
Develop weekly, monthly, and annual operating plans in accordance with local and programmatic strategic plan; evaluate effectiveness of outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience in management, research studies and recruitment, donor/tissue operations, or allied health leadership.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising staff.
Strong skills in outreach, event planning, detail-orienting reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage complex schedules, multiple priorities, and on-call responsibilities.
Preferred
Master's degree in public health, biological sciences, marketing/communications, or related field.
Experience in tissue or organ donation, social/biological research, forensic sciences, law enforcement, or military health management.

Logistics Analyst - U.S. Army Equipment Turn-In Site The Logistics Analyst supports the equipment turn-in site by analyzing, monitoring, and improving supply chain, property accountability, and transportation processes. This position ensures compliance with U.S. Army logistics regulations, contract requirements, and ISO 9001:2015 standards, while providing data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance accountability of government property. The Logistics Analyst serves as a key resource for reporting, audits, and performance measurement at the site.
**Responsibilities**
**Data Analysis & Reporting**
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data related to equipment receipt, inspection, inventory, and turn-in.
+ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as processing times, inventory accuracy, loss/damage rates, and compliance metrics.
+ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Site Manager, COR (Contracting Officer's Representative), and QA staff.
+ Support audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements with accurate data.
**Process Improvement**
+ Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in supply, accountability, and transportation workflows.
+ Develop and recommend corrective actions to improve compliance and efficiency.
+ Support implementation of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives at the site.
**Property Accountability & Compliance**
+ Validate accuracy of property records, condition codes, and turn-in documentation (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200).
+ Ensure compliance with Army regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and contract standards.
+ Monitor data in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) to ensure timely and accurate entries.
+ Assist in resolving discrepancies in property accountability and inventory reconciliation.
**Transportation & Coordination**
+ Analyze transportation data to support equipment movement planning, convoy schedules, and cargo documentation.
+ Verify compliance with Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) and Army transportation policies.
+ Recommend improvements to reduce delays, optimize routes, and enhance transportation efficiency.
**Quality Assurance Support**
+ Work with Quality Control Specialists to track nonconformances and corrective actions.
+ Provide analytical support for ISO 9001:2015 compliance and performance monitoring.
+ Contribute to development of site SOPs, checklists, and training materials.
+ Employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Equivalent military logistics experience accepted.
+ 3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or Army property accountability operations.
+ Experience with U.S. Army contractor or military supply/turn-in site preferred.
+ Army supply and property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
+ Army logistics systems: GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS, TC-AIMS.
+ ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles.
**Skills:**
+ Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts), Access, or other analytical tools.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and presentations.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with Army officials, contractors, and QA staff.
+ Must have a Real ID.
+ Must be willing to travel within the US when required.
