The Role:

The Sales Director, Manufacturing & Logistics role is first and foremost a hunter role. In this role, you'll prospect for your own opportunities based on the network you've built, sell jointly with our company's channel partners in the Manufacturing & Logistics segment and engage opportunities with Enterprise customers from within our company's installed base. You'll engage prospective clients to show how the unique attributes of PWN offer advantages over other wireless network topologies. You'll also educate customers about PWN use cases that are relevant to their particular industry, and how those deliver specific business value.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Director, Manufacturing & Logistics position will include:

· Responsibility for DAS/PWN sales to Enterprise/Public Sector clients with a focus on the Manufacturing & Logistics segments

· Operating with national scope, without limitations in geographic territory within the U.S.

· Focusing on cultivating new clients within assigned verticals

· Delivering presentations and web demonstrations of our services to senior level audiences

· Developing sales presentations that educate enterprise customers on the value proposition of private wireless networks and our company's unique differentiators

· Developing sales strategy and communicating recommended strategies to company leadership

· Working with our companies inside sales and marketing to develop/deliver lead generation campaigns

· Attending industry trade shows and conferences

The Director of Logistics is responsible for successfully leading the logistics and transportation functions of the organization while managing and motivating a group of individuals to achieve company goals in a timely manner. The Director interacts with internal and external customers, vendors, finds innovative solutions to supply chain issues and reports the team's progress to the Divisional Vice President (DVP) Inventory & Supply Chain. In all tasks, the Director will follow strict regulations regarding supply chain processes and strives to minimize the use of company resources while maximizing profitability. A major focus will be on managing transportation costs and routes, making decisions on distribution methods, and developing strong business relationships with vendors and internal partners.

Additionally, the Director will also be responsible for managing the logistics of our importing business, managing carriers, and ensuring that we receive our products within the agreed upon timelines, and at the agreed upon logistics costs. He/she will also coordinate regulatory and vendor compliance, including Hazmat shipments, while conducting supply chain optimization activities. The ability to analyze business data and make key decisions based on observations and experience is crucial for success in this role. He/she must also possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and be a results-driven individual that is proficient in creating and monitoring cost-reduction initiatives while working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the relationship between AF and all of its logistics, transportation, and delivery service providers
• Improve the financial and operational performance of existing supply chain services while providing outstanding customer and store experiences and driving profitable revenue growth for AF and its franchisees
• Enhance, develop/initiate and implement supply chain services that drive profitable revenue growth for AF
• Build the AF culture into all programs and communication; demonstrate the cultural values during meetings and day-to-day engagement

• Strategic review and planning to support and ever changing network of stores and distribution centers

• Expense planning and execution through collaboration and influence of multiple functional teams
• Supply chain services standards review, updated, and updated with consistent execution, including holding carriers and service providers accountable for achieving their contractual obligations
• Manage claim process with vendors, including merchandise and property
• Contract development, negotiations with vendors to optimize service levels and expense management
• Prepare Executive / Board level presentations for submission and/or presentation
