Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project implementations by ensuring initiation, elaboration, construction and transition processes are followed with focused attention on milestone and deliverables. Translate customer requirements into schedules and tasks using knowledge of the delivery methodology. Ensure PMO methodology and best practices are followed by operations for both new and existing scope expansion projects. Ensure process and procedures are in place to meet company standards and requirements, i.e., intellectual property management, document control, security protocol and audit process. Lead cross-functional groups comprising of operations and IT while managing all stakeholder (management team, vendors, clients) expectations and communications during project implementation and ongoing operations delivery. Manages project schedules, surfaces/resolves conflicts, and conducts program reviews with clients. Be able to recover troubled projects in-flight, provide leadership to drive changes and deliver success. Lead the execution of project tasks as defined (e.g., business process and requirements documentation, system design, user training documentation, report design) and actively manages project risk. Serve as a subject matter expert in guiding and mentoring operations delivery managers and vendors. Monitor operations delivery to ensure productivity and quality reporting metrics are defined and met. Proactively think outside of the box and utilize lean methodologies to identify opportunities to improve existing processes for efficiency through automation and cost reduction. Responsible for the maintenance of customer relationships and act as escalated contact for customers to help ensure overall customer satisfaction. Provide analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis and ad-hoc issues resolution. You will service, International Partners, and Foreign Military Sales programs to ensure ID integration throughout the F-35 enterprise and to ensure the delivery of 5th Generation combat capability to Warfighters in support of coalition operations. The Contractor shall provide support to the National Deputies who are the F-35 Program's senior national representative for their Participant country within the JSF Program Office and are responsible for providing day-to-day representation of the cognizant Partner nation on all matters related to the F-35 Program. The Contractor shall provide support to the U.S. Service Deputies who are assigned to the JPO to ensure immediate/critical U.S. Service insight to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The Contractor shall provide support to the Foreign Military Sales USG Program Managers who represent the Foreign Military Sales Foreign Liaison Officers for country within the JSF Program Office and are responsible for providing day-to-day representation of the cognizant Foreign Military Sales nation on all matters related to the F-35 Program. OurPurchasing Supply Logistics applies knowledge and experience in acquisition program management to F-35 Program throughout its life cycle. Demonstrates complete competency in all aspects of acquisition management and is capable of evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Identifies problems and recommends solutions with little or no supervision and devises new approaches to encountered problems. Develops the management of acquisition strategy for assigned projects as directed by the Directorate. Evaluates program and mission requirements to establish detailed objectives and integrate these activities with other program and functional elements within the joint program office and outside organizations.
