BRP Marine is seeking a Logistics Engineer to help identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain and maintain open communications with all parties involved. This role will optimize transportation costs by identifying cubic and packaging space waste and will work closely with internal logistics, suppliers, 3PL and transport companies in order to correct inefficient processes and routes.

* Maintain open communication, influence and interact with other departments for implementation
* Take the lead on material transport optimization and packaging improvement projects
* Improve process in order to achieve maximum efficiency, optimize warehouse footprint, and reduce external warehousing expenditures

* Responsible for budget management
