Our internship program provides you with the opportunity to make an impact at a Fortune 200 global company. Interns are integrated into our teams, giving you the opportunity to learn global freight services and help shippers and carriers optimize supply chains.
Responsibilities:
Work along-side industry professionals to learn internal business processes and supply chain best practices Build strong relationships internally across teams and externally with customers, carriers, and suppliers Learn and effectively use best-in-class technology systems, including our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere Learn and apply skills across multiple areas of the transportation and logistics industry, including but not limited to: sales and negotiation, operations management, and transportation information systems

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator Intern to provide SEASONAL support to a Logistics Account Executive. Internship runs Mid-November through Early January. The Logistics Coordinator Intern will report to the Sales Engagement Manager. In this position your responsibilities would include phone and email communication, appointment setting, check calls and load building. To be successful as an LC Intern you must thrive in a fast-paced work environment while also providing the best customer service experience possible.
As a Logistics Coordinator Intern at Integrity you will:

* Ensure the account runs smoothly daily by staying highly organized
* Assist in maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers through consistent communication and award-winning customer service
* Perform various account management tasks such as load building, appointment scheduling, phone management and email correspondence
* Dispatch trucks to their pickup location
* Conduct daily check calls to ensure timely pickup and delivery of product
* Qualify carriers that are the best match for our customers shipments
* Communicate details about shipments and negotiate rates with prospective carriers
* Ad hoc duties

The Job

• Full ownership of our current printer demo program, optimizing our fleet of printers, including scheduling, shipping, and quality control for in-person events.
• Assist with all administrative/operational tasks for the marketing office.
• Assist the Events team in various event operations including, booth shipping, inventory management, and event setup.
• Work closely with the fulfillment team to align on a shipping schedule and forecast inventory requirements in order to achieve shipping deadlines.
• Curation, procurement, and management of physical and digital assets used at events.
• Help coordinate the participation of external stakeholders (users, vendors) and internal stakeholders across the business, from product, design, marketing and sales to leverage their expertise and participation.

• Work independently
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Have 3D printing experience or are excited to learn
• Are highly organized and interested in helping streamline processes
• Have experience in marketing / operations
• Experienced with Google Workspace and Project Management software and familiar with Marketing platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Asana)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
