The Work:

Here's What You Need:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 1 year focused on Manhattan WMS / Blue Yonder WMS implementations.
+ A Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field.
+ Hands-on experience managing Manhattan programs, implementation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Decide which orders to fulfill each day based on shipping priority, order type (B2B/B2C), and inventory availability.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment compliant with OSHA standards.
Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.

Logistics & Transportation
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including exports to Canada and imports from South Korea (HQ).

Track and resolve delivery discrepancies, freight claims, and damages.
Inventory Control
Oversee cycle counts and full physical inventory counts.
Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
Monitor and reconcile inventory variances in NetSuite ERP.
Maintain accurate SKU-level visibility for both B2B and D2C channels.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost, improve accuracy, and increase throughput.
Prepare and present monthly reports on logistics costs, fulfillment performance, and warehouse KPIs.
Partner with the Finance and Sales teams to forecast demand and support demand planning.
Leadership & Collaboration
Supervise warehouse staff, providing clear goals, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and HQ logistics teams.
Ensure alignment with company values and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in warehouse and logisticsmanagement, preferably in outdoor equipment, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and inventory management tools.
Knowledge of U.S. import/export compliance, including customs documentation and freight operations.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.

Drive data-based decisions using ERP systems as the primary operating tool
Be a visible, open-door leader on the production floor - comfortable engaging directly with machinists, buyers, and operators
Analyze supply and demand trends to maintain optimal inventory levels while meeting delivery commitments
Support compliance requirements related to aerospace manufacturing and regulated supply chains
What We're Looking For
10+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or materials management experience within aerospace manufacturing or precision machining
Deep familiarity with CNC machining environments; strong preference for candidates closely connected to machine shop operations
Experience in mid-sized manufacturing organizations (not large primes)
Strong ERP proficiency and comfort working in data-driven environments
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Proven track record of improving supplier performance, lead times, and inventory turns
Natural collaborator with strong communication skills across operations, engineering, and leadership
Prior people leadership experience is a plus, but not required initially
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
APICS, Lean, or continuous improvement certifications are a plus
Work Environment
Fully onsite role within an active manufacturing facility
Exposure to production equipment, moderate noise levels, and standard shop-floor conditions
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and navigate a production environment
