The Senior Shipping Manager will oversee all aspects of shipping and logistics operations, with a strong emphasis on international shipping and compliance, particularly managing logistics to support our newly launched London store. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the shipping department, supervising the Shipping & Logistics Manager and the team.
Establish departmental KPIs and ensure consistent fulfillment of goals across the retail, wholesale, and international channels.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Production to ensure seamless order flow and cross-functional efficiency.
International Logistics & London Store Support
Manage and coordinate all international shipments, with a specific focus on supporting inventory and fulfillment for our new store in London as well as our international retail partners.
Ensure full compliance with international customs regulations, documentation standards, and shipping policies.
Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international courier services to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
ERP System Implementation
Serve as the primary logistics point of contact in the onboarding of our new ERP system, Netsuite.
Map existing workflows and translate them into ERP functionality.
Participate in testing, training, and change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition and adoption within the logistics team.
Retail & Wholesale Fulfillment Oversight
Oversee daily shipping operations for both direct-to-consumer (retail) and wholesale channels.
Maintain fulfillment accuracy, packaging quality, and adherence to shipping timelines, especially during peak seasons and product launches.
Collaborate with the Production department to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
Supply & Packaging Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels for packaging materials, shipping supplies, and operational tools.
Forecast needs based on sales and shipping trends and place accurate and timely supply orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Liaise with vendors to maintain supply quality and negotiate pricing where possible.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping and logistics with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven expertise in international shipping, customs, and compliance, with specific experience managing logistics to the UK or EU markets strongly preferred.
Experience overseeing both retail and wholesale shipping operations.
Hands-on involvement in ERP system implementation (NetSuite preferred).

Position Overview
Reporting to the Warehouse Director, the Inventory Manager is responsible for tracking inventory movements in our warehouse network ensuring that items are accurately recorded, tracked, and reported.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Transportation Officer is responsible for the secure and safe transportation, guarding and escorting, of individuals from specified sites to designated points. Transportation services entail over the road transport services, courtroom guarding, security services, and other related transportation and guard duties. The Transportation Officer is to ensure that they are in complete control of the transport vehicles at all times and that vehicles are operated in a safe and legal manner.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Inspect and prepare transportation vehicles for daily operation requirements; perform pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicles; fill out required paperwork to report any damage or defects
