We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join the Logistics team at our Houston location! The ideal candidate is obsessed with logistics, process orders and keep track the inventory, and has an incredible attention to detail. The Logistics Coordinator responsibilities includes managing active shipments, processing shipments from the brokers' system, and providing customers with regular updates for orders in transit.
You will be an integral part of the Logistics team, and take action in performing different logistical processes and procedures, including running open shipment reports and identifying shipment delays and damages.
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Process shipping instructions for orders that have completed production Type accurately, prepare and maintain shipment documents and records
Communicate with customers and shipping partners to ensure orders are picked up promptly and correctly
Provide customers with regular updates for orders in transit, and orders identified with shipping issues.
Obtain shipping quotes, prepare shipping instructions (BOLs), and schedule pick up for ready orders
Reconcile open and closed shipments in a timely manner
Process return requests, and track returns through to warehouse receiving
Research, track and restore documentation when problems or discrepancies arise including lost orders and transit delays
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas Function in accordance with established standards and procedures
Skills:
Proven data entry experience, preferably as an order entry clerk
Competency in MS Office, databases and web-based software
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and related reports
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for details and numbers Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks

Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Execution: Ensure products, components, and production plans are accurate and set up for smooth execution. Track production status and flag risks through regular updates and communication.
Production Support & Vendor Coordination: Place and reconcile purchase orders, track production schedules and delivery commitments, and serve as the day-to-day liaison with co-manufacturers and suppliers. Job Description
Based in Boulder, CO, the Materials and LogisticsManager is responsible for setting the material
management and logistics strategy for the plant, by leading the Planning, Warehouse, and Inventory Control teams. The Materials and LogisticsManager will also support other production and distribution sites with their strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities
Planning & Inventory Control
* Lead the Boulder planning team and manage daily planning activities to ensure production continuity through vendor on time delivery
* Work with Brilliant Fulfillment team to harmonize plant planning processes with global standards
* Responsible for OTC/OTX delivery performance KPIs
* Lead the Boulder inventory control team and manage daily materials activities, including:
* Defining the site inventory strategy for raw, semi-finished goods, and finished goods
* Managing and reporting inventory levels vs. targets, to determine improvement actions
* Developing robust processes for cycle counts and accuracy
* Leading Boulder annual inventory counts
* Working with Finance and PSI teams to reduce slow moving non-moving inventory reserves
* Support other production and distribution sites with their strategy
Logistics
* Lead the Boulder logistics team and manage daily logistics activities in compliance with EHS, transportation regulations, and import / export rules
* Drive process improvement projects cross functionally to improve overall logistics cost and improve on delivery methods and communication
* Partner with Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Brilliant Fulfillment team, and PSI teams to ensure master data integrity
* Support other production and distribution sites with their strategy
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Must be able to perform all receiving, material handling, and cycle counting jobs including: receiving, kanban, material requisitions, cycle counting, and root cause analysis.
* Advance computer skills including MRP/ERP (preferably SAP), MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Education & Experience
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering
* At least 7 years of working experience in a relevant field (i.e. planning, inventory control, logistics, procurement, operations)
Preferred:
* At least 2 years of experience managing a team of direct reports
* ASCM / APICS Certifications
* SAP experience

Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking JM & Senior Logistics Analyst who will support lifecycle sustainment and logistics planning SEW and SDA systems. Assists with technical order management, provisioning, fielding logistics, and
sustainment strategies. Responsibilities include evaluating logistics data, supporting deployment and decommissioning activities, and ensuring alignment of logistics planning with operational and acquisition requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive staff support including task response, document review and development, training plan validation, and SAP policy integration.
Analyze current sustainment strategies for SC systems and provide recommendations for improvements and gap mitigation.
Review and update logistics support elements in LCSPs, ensuring alignment with operational concepts and CDD requirements.
Manage Technical Order (TO) development, evaluate AFTO 22 submissions, and assess TO suitability per lifecycle guidance.
Validate LogisticsManagement Information (LMI) accuracy; monitor maintenance data for trends, errors, and obsolescence risks.
Conduct fielding and deployment planning, including site surveys, mobility, and sustainment analysis for SEW systems.
Participate in provisioning conferences, review sparing strategies, and support equipment redistribution and decommissioning.
Develop logistics strategies and documentation for rapid acquisitions and assist with RMA-based sustainment planning.
Minimum Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance; SAP eligibility
Minimum of 5 years for JM or 10 years for Senior of experience in logistics analysis, sustainment planning, and life cycle support within a DoD or Space Force environment, with demonstrated expertise in all aspects of acquisition logistics and integrated support.
DAWIA Level II or III in Life Cycle Logistics or equivalent strongly
preferred; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.

The Transportation Officer conducts pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip inspections of all vehicles operated.
Provides written Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) at the end of each trip or shift and ensures that all potential safety defects are reported to the Transportation Supervisor.
Ensures that all permits and licenses are in order before beginning a trip. Notifies the Transportation
Manager if there are problems before initiating a trip.
The Transportation Officer ensures that vehicles have the necessary safety equipment before initiating a trip. Notifies the Transportation Manager if there are problems before initiating a trip.
Completes all necessary paperwork and reports in an accurate and thorough manner. Ensures that all reports are turned into the facility according to described policies and procedures.
The Transportation Officer ensures that detainees are properly secured prior to leaving a facility and while in a vehicle. Ensures that all paperwork is obtained and completely accurately and thoroughly when obtaining detainees at a facility and delivering them to their appropriate destinations.
Ensures that all safety measures are followed at all times while transporting detainees, including but not limited to, all application federal, state, municipal and organizational laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
