Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals and be the focal point for the entire Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program Management team and Global Supply Chain Team Functions. This position will be 100% on site in our Clearfield, UT facility.

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all material and services content for a Program or collection of Programs.
Acts as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met, and that appropriate mitigation plans are developed and executed to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers.
Develops the material strategy and leads the activities for GSC in all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP). Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontracts strategies.
Leads supply chain Program execution, is accountable for resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution. Briefs the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance.
Will oversee all aspects of Supply Chain for the Organizational Unit, delivering status reports, act with a sense of urgency in response to exigent requirements, applying supply chain knowledge and experience to successfully navigate high pace and high-level expectations.
Must have ability to educate program and functional teams, direct reports, and suppliers on processes, policies, FAR/DFARS, and procurement and subcontracting principles is essential.
Encompass the full range of the procurement and subcontract acquisition process including participation in strategic sourcing decisions, domestic subcontracting, teaming agreement generation and execution, and preparing requests for proposals consistent with customer solicitations, federal statutes and regulations, and enterprise policies and procedures.
Will have responsibilities for evaluating proposal submissions, identifying risk and mitigation strategies, developing negotiation plans and negotiating, and preparing subcontract files in compliance with Northrop Grumman principles and operating practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in business management/program management, supply chain or operations OR a Master's degree with 3 years of experience in business management/program management, supply chain or operations, OR a High School Diploma/equivalent with 9 years of experience in business management/program management, supply chain or operations
3 years of team leader and/or people management experience
At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs

Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. - Participate in building high-performing teams by interviewing and hiring warehouse personnel, in conjunction with Sr. Warehouse Managers. Review performance, coach on productivity and safety targets, and deliver disciplinary action.
- Lead and direct associates to achieve accurate orders that are then staged and loaded on the trucks. Oversee the preparation of the warehouse for shipping or receiving on the next shift.
- Monitor operational information, such as "mis-picks" and productivity reports, to ensure the entire shift meets rates and follows preferred methods. Take action through coaching and counseling to correct behaviors.
- On day shift, designate dock locations for inbound carriers. Ensure product is stocked in appropriate location in accordance with food safety and FIFO processes & procedures. Monitor replenishment activity to ensure stock is available for the shipping shift and to minimize the potential for "shorts". Oversee will call.
- Maintain physical condition and safety of warehouse and equipment, including preparing work orders for repairs and requisitions for equipment.
- Work with operations management team to identify sources of inventory shrink and assist in development of an action plan. Analyze the current operations and make recommendations to improve on expense and cost control.
- Regularly inspect facility for safety hazards and either resolve them or report them to the safety manager as appropriate. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and its equipment.
- Ensure Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and FSQA requirements are followed.
- Effectively schedule working shifts by leveraging appropriate planning tools (i.e., Microsoft Excel)
- Other duties assigned by manager.
**SUPERVISION:**
- Direct: Union and/or non-union warehouse on-floor associates (Loaders, Selectors, Receivers, Forklift drivers, etc.)

Related Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:**
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Direct and support raw material releasing, expediting, and nonconformance resolution.
Direct and support raw material receiving and line supply. Achieve plant goals for inventory accuracy and position tracking. Strive for 100% physical and system match.
Promote and lead intradepartmental cooperation and synergies to enhance the effectiveness, flexibility, and results.

Propulsion Systems has an opening for a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 (GSC PM/MPM) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals working with the Sentinel program. This position will be 100% onsite in our Promontory, UT facility.
Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Accountable for the proposal leadership, management, strategy, integration, planning, and execution of GSC material, labor and services content for a collection of Restricted Programs.
Acts as a focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program Management team and Global Supply Chain Team Functions.
Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met and that appropriate integrated mitigation or opportunity plans are developed and executed to address any organizational or programmatic risks and opportunities related to procurement supply chain.
Develops supply chain strategy and leads activities for GSC in all phases of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP).
Ensures that prior to program or project execution, all elements of the proposed supply chain program(s) plans have complete, integrated and accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement operation strategies.
Leads supply chain execution and is accountable for horizontal and vertical integration, resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity and issue management, supplier performance, and resolution.
Briefs the PM office on the status and issues affecting Program cost, driving Program risks and opportunities and schedule GSC performance.
Manages multifaceted projects through proposals and processes, coordinates interdepartmental activity, directs communication, and coordinates with Suppliers and integrates efforts across all GSC functions.
Aligns project scope and deliverables with customer requirements and works closely with the technical community.
Leads Supply Chain Program execution for:
Resource planning
Material cost
Forecasting
schedule performance
Risk/opportunity management
Supplier performance
Supply chain issue resolution
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Sustainment, and/or relatable business experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience; in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of relatable experience
A minimum of 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
Previous experience in Supply Chain
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience working on sustainment programs/projects
MRP/ERP system experience
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
Active DoD Secret Clearance

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off
Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
