JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily warehouse and logistics operations in our fast-paced 3PL environment. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day activities including order picking, replenishment, staffing, inventory optimization, and continuous process improvement. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations of the Warehouse Department with a focus on order picking, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Provide effective leadership and guidance to warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.
Develop and execute daily operational plans to meet or exceed productivity and service level goals in accordance with Customer specific SLAs and KPIs.
Monitor and maintain operational reports and metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct training and cross-training for new and existing employees.
Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other logistics software to monitor workflow and manage inventory accuracy.
Manage customer slotting to optimize pick paths and operational efficiency.
Run and analyze item demand reports to support inventory distribution and replenishment strategies.
Conduct daily team meetings, performance check-ins, and support employee recognition initiatives to foster a positive and communicative work environment.
Promote and enforce health and safety protocols, reinforcing a culture of safety throughout the facility in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Conduct onboarding, training, and cross-training for both new hires and existing employees.
Adheres to 5S Standards and continuously look for process improvement opportunities and assist in implementation.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control systems, and data reporting tools.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

B2B and B2C Operations experience is preferred.
Experience operating Crown Material Handling Equipment such as but not limited to: Forklift, Stand Up Reach, Cherry Picker, Pallet Jack, is preferred

Job Summary:
The Rentals & Inventory Manager aids in bringing in revenue via scenic, props, and/or costumes rentals. This person should be proficient in organizing stock scenic, props, and costume pieces and maintaining an accurate inventory. This person will need to interact with companies who are interested in renting items to answer inquiries and coordinate pick up/drop off. This position can lead to more responsibilities and more pay based on experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Read and understand scale drawings to generate pull lists
Read and understand rental contracts
Communicate specifications of rental packages with companies
Create and maintain rental brochures for shows to be rented out
Facilitate the shipment of rentals to and from other companies
Assist with maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and other storage spaces
Manage and prioritize concurrent tasks
Maintain inventory documentation, this includes but is not limited to taking photographs, taking measurements, creating descriptions, and updating location
Maintain preservation of inventory using proper packaging techniques
Process invoices for rentals with our finance team
Maintain the original integrity of the design of scenic, props, and costume pieces. This may include scenic painting, basic carpentry skills, basic sewing skills, and other craftsman abilities
Maintain a safe work environment
Foster a productive, positive environment through open communication and dedication to problem-solving
Foster a working relationship with other production companies and the warehouse landlord

Position Overview:
The Sr. Warehouse Logistics Lead will report to the Warehouse Manager and be responsible to help manage the flow of goods to include receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping parts and kiosks. They are expected to drive process and help set a tone of performance within the team. They are equally responsible for full-cycle inventory management, including performing inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and maintaining adequate levels of supplies.

Position Summary:
The Supervisor, Logistics will aid the Logistics Manager with overseeing the logistics operations for the company. This includes planning, execution, forwarder management, and tracking of the company's logistics activities. The Role
Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize the movement of DNA samples from customers to our labs across the Eastern Coast of the United States. In this role, you will be based out of our Louisville, Kentucky lab, and you will take ownership of regional logistics strategy-scaling and optimizing our dropbox network, proactively resolving high-priority shipping challenges, and leading relationships with some of our most important partner couriers. You will have a key role in negotiating rates, refining operational processes, and driving efficiency across the supply chain. This is an opportunity for an experienced last mile logistics professional to have a direct and measurable impact on the speed, reliability, and scalability of operations that power next-generation DNA sequencing.
Job Duties:
Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and scheduling of dropboxes at biotech hubs, universities, and research centers globally.
Expand our network of dropboxes
Work with new customers who have requested local DNA sample pickup to provide them with a dropbox and activate it.
Work with customer and facility contacts to gather necessary details and access permissions for dropboxes (dropbox pickup schedule, building hours, access cards, security protocols, etc.).
Collaborate with the revenue team to design and execute regional strategies for expanding and optimizing dropbox and courier networks
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Use internal tracking systems to monitor UPS shipments, and proactively address any delays, contacting couriers and/or dropbox contacts when needed
Monitor the logistics support inbox and respond promptly to customer inquiries about shipping issues, missed pickups, and general logistics questions.
Serve as a liaison between customers, labs, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate with customers regarding delays, missed pickups, and shipping concerns.
Drive supply chain and operational efficiency
Harness logistics data to fine-tune our network for maximum speed and efficiency.
Develop and implement data-driven pricing models to strengthen leverage in courier negotiations and optimize long-term cost structures.
