We are looking for a **Materials Manager** to join our talented team. In this role, you will lead cross-category identification, implementation, and management of apparel raw materials for Simms, Stone Glacier, Bushnell and other brands in the Outdoor Performance platform. **As the Materials Manager, you will have an opportunity to:**
+ Maintain a robust, organized, relevant, accessible, and easy-to-use materials library that supports market-leading design and category direction.
+ Detailed creation, management and socialization of standardized Materials Management documentation, database & dashboards that successfully drives the proto and commercialization phases forward.

+ Negotiate costing, MOQ, lead-times, and leftover material charges with all raw material suppliers.
+ Partner with Design staff to support the successful management of the lab dip and handloom/strikeoff process (milestones and workflow).
+ Partner with fabric mills to execute seasonal print and pattern developments (plaids and stripe handlooms, print strikeoffs) and ensure quality is maintained from development through production
+ Attend seasonal print handoff to print designer with the Design team
+ Partner with the sourcing and supply chain team to build and maintain a raw materials supply chain that aligns with Simms' overall objectives with regards to risk management, operational efficiency, geographic diversification, and cost management.

**Pay Range:**

The Senior Transportation Officer verifies that vehicles have the necessary safety equipment before initiating a trip. Notifies the Transportation management if there are problems before assignments.
Properly tracks DOT HOS on Electronic Logging Devices.
The Senior Transportation Officer assists with interviewing and screening of applicant Transport Officers when required.
Reviews all necessary paperwork and reports in an accurate and thorough manner. Ensures that all reports are turned into the Transportation management according to described policies and procedures.
The Senior Transportation Officer ensures that all missions meet or exceed PBNDS/FBNDS safety measures while transporting detainees.
