* Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 1 year focused on Manhattan WMS / Blue Yonder WMS implementations.

The F135 Deployment Fleet Logistics (FLS) Manager will deliver Supply Chain Management (SCM) products and services in support of the F-35's (Join Strike Fighter) F135 Propulsion System sustainment programs. You, as the FLS Manager, will be a key player on the team that continuously refines material item management and logistics support capabilities through the practical application of the Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) operating system fundamentals.
**What You Will Do**
+ You will be involved in all aspects of F135 Deployment support, from supporting Afloat Spares Package (ASP)/Deployment Spares Package (DSP) modeling optimizations and subsequent part allocations, to spares Pack-Up Kit (PUK) delivery for training detachment support
+ You will initiate spares modeling requests, participate in spares reviews and analysis, and contribute to the development of deployment support plans
+ Support the program's contractual requirements for kit reconstitution of ASPs and DSPs post deployment, to achieve and maintain operational readiness levels
+ Responsible for conducting inventory analysis of fielded ASPs and DSPs to ensure they reflect accurately in SAP per the contracted requirements for initial and/or refreshed deployment kits

Evaluate and manage Customer-specific business metrics, operational metrics, forecasts and fleet management plans for retrofits and modifications
Be independently able to anticipate, understand, and act on strategic Customer problems or concerns
Provide written and verbal briefs/communications to internal & external stakeholders to status health and sustainability of the Polish Air Force fleet propulsion systems
Lead and influence Poland-specific IPTs to coordinate process execution with internal functional departments across the value stream (CSE, Engineering, SE, in-Country FSEs/team, SCM, fleet management, etc. ) as well as collaborate regularly with the onsite Field Service Engineer (FSE) for issues and requirements at the Unit level
Conduct program management through Earned Value Management System of budget and performance
