• Identify and stop waste, and improve processes to complete work more safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine Safety and Driver Meetings.
Oversee maintenance of driver qualification files.
• Investigate all accidents, maintain an accident file, track causes and take appropriate preventative action.
• Effectively schedule working shifts by leveraging appropriate planning tools (i.e., Microsoft Excel)

Related Experience/Requirements:
• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution required.

Essential Functions:
Accountable for the proposal leadership, management, strategy, integration, planning, and execution of GSC material, labor and services content for a collection of Restricted Programs. Guide the development of the Housing, transportation and facilities team to ensure general and detailed maintenance and minor repairs to the building office spaces are completed as required
Coordinate the staffing, training, and scheduling, in the department to ensure appropriate staffing to maintain safe and efficient operations
Oversee the work of contracted service vendors to ensure preventative maintenance and contractual compliance; report any on-going concerns to Sr. Director, Cultural Onboarding
