Overview
The Asst. Manager is a key leader position in the distribution and operations organization reporting directly to the Night Manager. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of warehouse operations to include inventory control, shipping and receiving operations in a Direct Sales organization. Preference for warehouse automation experience and union environment is a plus but not required. Asst. Manager directs the night to night aspects of operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service from the warehouse to customers while improving productivity through continuous improvement in fill rate, throughput and cost.
Responsibilities
Planning:
- Ability to identify and plan for staffing requirements based on knowledge of warehousing and distribution operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree ( Logisticsmanagement, Mechanical engineer, or Business Management
5-7 years of supervision level experience within a distribution warehouse
Operational supervision experience
Distribution of product experience
Preferred warehouse automation experience
Functional system understanding in WMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication skills
Ability to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights and weekends only when required
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $76,000 to $80,000, depending on qualifications such as experience, education, and skillset.

Coronet currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse and Inventory Manager who will support our expanding operations and oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, and ensure smooth material flow across production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
Oversee inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels using Sage MRP
Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align inventory with manufacturing schedules.
Assisting with cycle counts and investigations of inventory discrepancies.
Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Inventory Manager, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of MRP systems and inventory management best practices. Sage Preferred
3+ Years of warehouse / inventory management experience
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
