We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to oversee multiple, strategic initiatives ranging from high complexity programs with considerable resource and cross-functional integration to medium complexity projects with fewer resources and risk. Initiatives will have a wide range of scopes, including new products, business integrations, and process driven key initiatives with a focus in US Refreshment Beverages.
Responsibilities
Develop program plans and schedules, assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources, and ensure timely completion of programs and projects. Implement and document post-project reviews and lessons learned.
Communicate, coordinate work, and drive decisions with senior leadership, external suppliers/vendors, functional area leaders and stakeholders regarding all aspects of projects being managed.
Make methodical, fact-based decisions derived from data. Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives and strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams in development of solutions to a variety of complex problems using business acumen, technical, and interpersonal skills. Develop, maintain, and manage project stakeholders and appropriate communication, engagement and support.
Identify roadblocks and risks and recommend resolution. Identify and resolve conflict at the lowest level possible, manage interdependencies and resolve issues quickly.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000

A. Shipping Logistics and Commerce (80% of time)
Act as a point of contact for logistics-related customer inquiries; resolve shipping discrepancies and provide proactive updates to customer service teams
Arrange daily pick-ups with carriers, monitor shipments in transit, and ensure timely delivery (LTL shipping accounts and/or UPS, FedEx and DHL)
Prepare, organize, and maintain shipping documentation for both domestic and international shipments (Shipping Label, Commercial Invoice, BOL, etc.)
Provide required import/export documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations
Manage customer orders and coordinate with the manufacturing team to develop and update shipping schedules for assigned accounts
Maintain current tariff, trade and shipping information and safety updates from CBP and respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams
Evaluate and improve logistics processes, including packaging, labeling, routing, and carrier selection
Record, track, and report on planned and completed transactions with a high level of accuracy
Collaborate with internal sales teams and customers to align logistics objectives, priorities, and timelines
Prepare cost quotations and process miscellaneous shipment-related expenses
Provide timely updates on order status, changes, or delays to internal stakeholders
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize commerce processes
Analyze and audit freight invoices for accuracy and negotiating rates as needed
Gather and analyze logistics data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for cost savings
B. Business Operations Support (10% of time)
Answer and route incoming calls, ensuring accurate and timely communication with relevant teams; check general email inbox and distribute inquiries to appropriate departments (sales, engineering teams, etc.)
Support customer and supplier onboarding processes when required.
C. Purchasing Support (10% of time)
Communicate with suppliers and place orders for urgently required components (Mouser Electronics, Digi-Key, etc.)
Act as a liaison between internal teams and local suppliers to meet project timelines and delivery requirements.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Must have PRIOR knowledge and experience w/ domestic and international shipping (FOB Terms, HTS Codes, Tariffs and CBP policies are a plus).

Position Summary
The Venue Logistics Lead plays a critical role in the execution of special events across all Metro Events' venues in San Francisco. This position ensures seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams from post-contract planning through event execution. The role supports operational readiness, compliance, and client satisfaction while aligning event logistics with cruise operations and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leads on-site event operations, serving as the primary venue manager to coordinate logistics with clients, vendors, and terminal staff.
Develops and distribute event documentation, including security maps, staffing schedules, manifests, and post-event reports.
Ensures compliance with Metro Events' policies and procedures by clients and vendors.
Coordinate with the Director of Event Services and Terminal Manager to ensure venues are event- and cruise-ready before and after each event.
Manages vendor relationships and scheduling for janitorial, security, Wi-Fi, and debris services.
Conducts venue site visits with clients and internal stakeholders to assess event needs.
Communicates with prospective clients and follow up on event inquiries.
Assists in onboarding and training new operations staff in collaboration with the Director of Event Services.
Maintains and updates the Metro Events' calendar to align with cruise schedules and event bookings.
Secures and manages required permits; liaises with government agencies, the Port of San Francisco, and other regulatory bodies.

The Role
