We're looking for 2nd shift Logistics Coordinators to join our team in the new year, January 2026! The 2nd shift Logistics Coordinator provides strategic support to our operations and sales team. This is a salaried, full time position with hours 1600 - 2359, Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for monitoring pickups, deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate documentation of all freight moving in our transportation management system. The core functions involve problem solving, communicating with customers and carriers, and tracking the loads that are booked until the order has been unloaded at the final destination.

The SERVICE LOGISTICS COORDINATOR ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in parts-related processes across stores. This role will oversee vendor order compliance, manage chargebacks, handle non-productive inventory, and support supply chain logistics.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate bi-annual consolidation of lower-value non-productive inventory for liquidation through the obsolescence process aligned with physical inventory cycles.
Recall high-value non-productive inventory on a monthly basis for resale (e.g., eBay) to maximize cost recovery.
Review vendor dashboards to validate store compliance, ensure claims are closed correctly, and log discrepancies as needed.
Operate production equipment, including a UV printer, ensuring proper setup, monitoring, and safe operation during print runs
Process Purchase Order (PO) Requests on behalf of store locations and conduct PO Audits to confirm store-submitted orders include accurate costing and compliance with standards.
Support logistics by preparing, shipping, and tracking supplies and inventory as required.
Receive shipments, ensuring accuracy both physically and within logistics/ERP systems.
Perform audits and closing tasks within service shop ensuring operational compliance with company standards and procedures.
Perform maintenance of digital records within work order management systems.
Partner with store locations and corporate teams to resolve PO-related issues and maintain compliance with costing standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on claims, chargebacks, inventory recalls, and obsolescence activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor requirements, and audit standards for all parts and inventory processes.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong oral and written communication
Reasoning and Mathematical skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Physical: Ability to stand at least eight hours per day, frequently walk, stoop or kneel and to occasionally climb stairs or ladders. Works as a multi-functional logistician specialized in receiving, storing, distributing, delivering, material handling, warehousing and shipping operations, in a work environment focused on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Responsibilities
Logistics Coordinator I:
• Maintains safe, clean and orderly work environment at all times.
• Loads materials onto vehicles, installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage while in transit.
• Safely moves, loads, and unloads product to and from pallet racks with MHE above or below ground.
• Reads work orders and/or follows oral instructions to meet scheduled activities as directed.
• Receive materials and verify materials against packing lists to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
• Works effectively in a team environment and demonstrates flexibility in all assigned tasks.
• Communicates effectively, reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating policies, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Wears personal protective equipment as required for the job
• Operates and drives gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices, such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel-hook, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or locate, relocate, and stack products, equipment, or materials in warehouse or storage locations.
• Must satisfactorily complete the CBPS Forklift Operator Training Course.
• Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with the client Quality Assurance team to ensure all materials and products meet cGMP and regulatory requirements.
Logistics Coordinator II
:
• In addition to the above duties, experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
• Experience with GDP (Good Documenting Practices) is preferred.
• Experience with SAP software is preferred.
• May be required to handle and transport hazardous materials. May be required to handle dry ice.
Logistics Coordinator III
:
• In addition to the above duties, experience in a cGMP environment is required.
• Experience with GDP (Good Documenting Practices) is required.
• Experience with SAP software is required.
• May be required to handle and transport hazardous materials. May be required to handle dry ice.
May be additionally required to perform the following OSR related duties:
Handling, routing, pick-up and delivery activities of mail operation and the assignment & participation of tasks involving all activities; performs related duties as required.
Qualifications
Logistics Coordinator I:
• Must be capable of standing and/or walking for extended periods (at least 2 hours straight, 4 times per an 8-hour day). Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, crouch, squat and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis.
• May lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a forklift.
• Must wear personal protective equipment as required for the job.
• Mental qualifications include ability to understand and adhere to all regulations regarding the materials they are handling and transporting.
Logistics Coordinator II & III:
• In addition to the above, ability to use computers and SAP software as well as perform regular administrative tasks.
• Mental qualifications include ability to understand and adhere to all regulations regarding the materials they are handling and transporting.

What You'll Bring

What You'll Do
· Coordinate equipment needs, resource availability, and schedules with Maintenance, Operations, and Branch Management.
· Supervise, hire, train, and develop Logistics Coordinators and Customer Support Specialists.
· Manage workload distribution, scheduling, and team performance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
· Act as first point of escalation for scheduling conflicts, field issues, and communication breakdowns.
· Oversee dispatching of operators, truck assignments, and job-specific instructions.
· Lead rollout and ongoing use of dispatch/order management systems (FDSS, Johnny, Omnitracs Roadnet, etc.).
· Ensure dispatching practices comply with DOT regulations.
· Track and report scheduling metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) and recommend improvements.
· Evaluate and recommend logistics technologies to drive efficiency.
· Support billing and payroll teams with job-related clarifications.
· Handle a broad range of operational problems and emergencies across multiple branch and customer locations, with accountability for immediate response and resolution.
· Provide key inputs to corporate and division-level strategic planning processes.
· Participate in cross-divisional logistics initiatives as assigned.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
