Responsible for scanning, picking, sequencing, inspecting, transporting and moving parts within the plant to ensure the production line has the correct parts in a timely manner
Perform general warehouse duties as necessary

The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period is Mar. - Nov., but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: March 8, 2026.
Major Duties:
* On a recurring basis, operates farm-type tractors and towed or attached equipment to maintain grounds and road medians and/or perform farming functions. The incumbent frequently operates towed or attached equipment from the seat of the tractor through hydraulic or mechanical controls.
* Equipment operated may include mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, chippers, sprayers, disks, post hole diggers, front-end loading devices, movable dozer blades, and backhoes. This equipment may be powered by direct drive or a power takeoff. Work may involve making multiple mechanical and hydraulic connections between the towed or attached equipment and the tractor and make numerous equipment adjustments.
* Incumbent works on level or rolling terrain in such areas as open fields, parks, orchards, lawns, and along roadways.
* As required, uses the fertilizer spreader to apply fertilizers as needed during the year. Utilizes the aerator as needed on established turf. Uses auger, when needed to bore holes as required. Pulls plowing disc, to break dirt crust as needed. May level ground to give an even grade within boundaries as required.

4. Ship and receive product damage free and accurately by completing the Quality Reassurance Checks.

Essential Job Functions:
Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas (including but not limited to hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, appropriate safety gloves, and seatbelts while operating forklifts).
Responsible for adhering to food quality and food safety guidelines per Refresco, Customer and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF) standards.
Load and unload raw materials from incoming trucks and transport them to designated areas. Validate quantities by use of Blind Count Sheets or use of SAP transactions performed on forklift computer.
Ability to use SAP database through Vehicle Mounted Units (VMUs) installed on forklifts.
Load/unload trucks and perform all other warehouse functions within SAP using the forklift VMU.
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT's) in a high paced environment and be in-house forklift certified.
Supply raw materials to the production lines as required.
Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and adhere to forklift battery or propane tank changing operations and safety procedures.
Perform any other driving activities as directed by leadership.
Clean/maintain work areas throughout the shift.
Represents the company in a positive manner at all times.
May have production machine operation duties.
Required Skills:
Capability to read and write job instructions in the specified acceptable language(s) for the location.
Must be able to perform basic computer functions.
Must demonstrate the basic operation of powered industrial trucks.
Must be forklift certified by an approved Refresco trainer.

Job Description
The Forklift Operator/Material Handler is responsible for pulling all ingredients for production and returning any unused to correct storage locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and heavy equipment to efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse.
Multiple shifts available:
Monday-Friday *Must be available to work alternating weekends!
2pm-10:30pm ($19.50/hr.)
10pm-6:30am ($20/hr.)
Duties
· Pull and stage ingredients and concentrates for next day production. Operate a forklift to move ingredients and concentrate throughout the Warehouse, cooler, and freezer with the use of tow trailer as needed.
· Review Production schedule, determine requirements, determine priority (freezer, cooler, dry) level, organizing staging lanes and executing the pulling in a timely manner to minimize congestion and optimize flow.
· Utilize inventory reporting system, RF scanners to track movement and QAD to determine quality attribute levels in certain lots, and use of FEFO method, when applicable.
· Put away any unused ingredient and concentrate from previous day's production. Review Production schedule, determine which requirements were not used from previous day and determine priority (freezer, cooler, dry) level. Execute the returns in a timely manner to minimize congestion and optimize flow.
· Use RF scanners to track movement, using QAD to determine correct locations for the return, and returning any unused production, so that FIFO method can be used next time the production is pulled.
· Run FEFO report from QAD, put into Excel format, sort, and filter information.
· Print Production schedule and use for printing batch sheets and Pro-guides to be used in Blending. Ability to fill out batch sheets with ingredient information.
· Keep the staging area, coolers, dry ingredient storage and freezer clean and organized. Areas should be organized by keeping lot integrity in each area, keeping one partial per item and keeping area free of debris and leaks. Requires occasional sweeping of the area, using sweeper and scrubber and at times a broom / squeegee.
· Accountable for food safety, food quality and regulatory requirements for their position
· Encouraged to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues
· Adopt and maintain all SQF requirements for their position
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or GED
Valid forklift certification and driver's license
Minimum of one year's experience driving a forklift
Physical Requirements
FREQUENT:Ability to talk and hear; use of hands and fingers to operate machinery / equipment and all manual and electronic equipment in area of responsibility; ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds; twist / turn and reach above head. Exposure to noisy and wet conditions and fluctuations in ambient temperature (seasonal) and exposure to cold temperatures (from the freezer).
OCCASIONAL:Squatting, kneeling, ability to reach above and at shoulder height. Exposure to toxic and corrosive chemicals.
VISION:Ability to use close and distance vision, as well as color and peripheral vision with or without correction. Must be able to visually detect obstacles and potential dangers in a fast-paced production environment involving high speed equipment and powered industrial lift equipment.
HEARING:Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Exposure to noise levels from machinery horns, bottle lines and exhaust fans.

What You Will Do
+ Operate a forklift to press and strap completed boxes of bags and wrap the completed cases.
+ Keep pallets, corrugated cases, and other materials stocked for machine operators.
+ Assist the Inspector/Packer in packing finished product as needed.
+ Transport paper waste from each machine to the baler & process it accordingly.
+ Document inventory when boxes are completed.
