About The Position
* Safely and efficiently operate forklift and loader
* Move lumber from yard, load kilns, and stack units by width and length
* The work is fast-paced and can, at times, be demanding
* Work may consist of some overtime during busy production times
Qualifications
* 1 year experience operating forklifts with weight capacities of 18,000 lbs or more
* Proven knowledge of lumber species and widths/lengths of lumber
* We look for applicants with recent, related work history and verifiable references
* All applicants must be at least 18 years of age

What you will be doing:
Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed
Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to OH or customer pick sheet

Requirements:

Operator operates the waterjet cutting equipment to cut parts according to specifications and blueprints.
Accesses and uploads programming files.
Adjust machine settings using CNC controls to achieve desired results.
Loads and unloads materials using a forklift or overhead cranes.

· Duplicate and label DVD's, CD's using the labeling format specified by the client within the requested timeframes
· Complete blowback requests per client's requirements accurately, efficiently, with in the specified time requirements
· Maintain scanner quality (i.e. cleaning lens, reporting mechanical failures). Maintain required levels of quality and rates of production
· Log in/out boxes for scanning. Record objective and bibliographic information as appears on documents; Create bar codes for documents. Follow document preparation procedures
· Prepare monthly production and volume reports in order to measure productivity and prepare billing charges
