Work Arrangement This is a full-time, on-site position with a waterfall schedule and shift work. Possibility of CONUS/OCONUS deployments. This position serves as an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Pilot in Command (PIC), supporting Department of Defense customers at the national, theater, operational, or tactical level. The AVO is responsible for all aspects of mission planning and execution, including preflight, launch, flight, landing, and post-flight tasks. They also monitor all aircraft systems throughout the mission to ensure safe and legal operations. The role includes coordinating ground and flight activities, maintaining situational awareness of mission environments, providing Mission Commander support when not acting as PIC, and producing PowerPoint presentations. Candidates must have strong technical and communication skills, UAS experience, and the ability to work extended hours in a team-focused, fast-paced operational environment. This position requires relocation to a CONUS duty location and the ability to meet all DoD and FAA requirements.
Essential Functions
Acts as Pilot in Command (PIC) of Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS).
Provide Mission Coordinator/Commander support to the team when not acting as PIC.
Primarily support higher-tier, longer-endurance systems, driven by national or theater-level customers.
Demonstrates the ability to perform mission planning and coordination activities under varying airspace conditions.
Demonstrate sound, timely decision-making based on aircraft performance, mission requirements, and operational safety.
Maintain a broad and up-to-date situational awareness of current mission operations; quickly gain understanding of current mission target environments and associated dynamics; and be familiar with operational methods and infrastructure.
Understands government defense industry policies and procedures related to operating aircraft and supporting customer requirements.
Meets/exceeds minimum performance standards as outlined in the master training syllabi.
Relocate to CONUS duty location
Performs other related duties as directed.

Proficient computer skills: Office Suite, specifically spreadsheets, collaboration/communication applications, and manipulation of Adobe forms a must

Ability to meet combatant command theatre entry requirements (e.g., CENTCOM)
Ability to meet all DoD Contractor deployment requirements and pass Combat Readiness Course.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to professionally interface with numerous levels of management, customers, and peers.
Ability to work extended hours and/or shift work.

Education / Certifications

Experience
At least 100+ flight hours on UAS platforms acting as PIC
Minimum 2-4 years of relative experience and knowledge of basic UAS flight systems and operations.
Manned Aviation Experience - 500-1000 hours preferred
UAS Flight Hours (Group 3+ preferred) - 200-500 UAS PIC
Experience controlling aircraft Beyond Line of Sight and associated data links
Experience with Piccolo PCC or other Auto Pilot systems
Work Experience in the aviation field in OCONUS (deployed) / CONUS locations.

Summary
The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate loading and unloading of product within the distribution center.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Inbound/Outbound shipments are to be loaded/unloaded utilizing the WMS. Any discrepancy between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents are researched by inventory control to ensure inventory reconciliation. Applicable OS&D processes are followed.
* Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damages.
* Completes all assigned duties in a timely manner in accordance with department standards and following department procedures.
* Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations.
* Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
* Must follow all safety instructions to maintain safe working conditions and to adhere to proper operating practices and procedures.
* May be required to train new hires on various warehouse functions.
* Must adhere to attendance and housekeeping policies.
* Material handling equipment must be operated in a safe manner by designated associates only. All damage and/or maintenance issues must be reported immediately.
* Understand organizational quality goals.
* This associate may be provided with Hazmat training to include general awareness, function specific, security awareness, security plan and safety training.
* Become knowledgeable with the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions.
Required Qualifications:
* High School diploma, GED or 1 year of relevant experience
* Experience with power industrial equipment such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker
Preferred Qualifications:
* Forklift Certification
* 1 year Inventory experience

* Good verbal communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Unloads, receives, pulls and loads deliveries of product to ensure proper quantities and quality of the product and proper documentation of the receipt.
Places product securely in appropriate warehouse locations to ensure that damage or misplacement does not occur.

Position Summary
The Forklift Operator reports to the Value Stream Manager for the Warehouse and is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while receiving, storing & distributing all supplies, parts, & equipment purchased from outside sources or products returned by customer.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming material
* Check condition of material, verify part numbers, quantities, & check against bills of lading, packing lists or other forms.
* Match RMA paperwork to returned goods and route to production for testing, rework or repair.
* Utilize available material handling equipment to perform required duties.
* Perform other receiving & storage duties incidental to the work.
Material handling
* Transfer components to and from machine shop to warehouse or value stream.
* Perform cycle count duties as related to maintaining perpetual inventory record accuracy.
* Responsible for organizing & consolidating correct packing, packaging & skidding of material to order requirements.
General daily duties
* Ability to work overtime including weekends as needed.
* Follows all established safety policies.
* Work as a team member, but also be able to work independently.
* Perform daily cleaning and organizational duties to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
* Break apart wood crates. Fill roll-off containers with wood and metal waste.
* Collect and crush cardboard waste from throughout the facility
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
* High school diploma or GED
* 3+ years' certified forklift experience
* Inventory experience preferred
* Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 40lbs required
* Ability to operate an order picker at rack heights of up to 20 feet
