While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Palletizer Operator will be responsible for performing various manual or mechanical product functions by operating and adjusting production equipment to meet customer specifications and perform troubleshooting on equipment as required. What You'll Be Doing: Set up new jobs and operate various palletizers/de-palletizers. Monitor and report quality of manufactured product, making incremental process adjustments as required. Inspects product throughout the shift and notifies mechanic or shift supervisor of any quality defects. Stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, and traverse stairs for extended periods of time. Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Perform repetitive finger/hand/wrist movements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
