ARS is looking for a Senior Operations & Maintenance Support. As a Senior Operations & Maintenance Support you will be responsible for overall administration, operations and maintenance of a classified Azure environment and all associated software including, but not limited to subscription and marketplace management, monitoring end-to-end system health, maintenance tasks such as patching, troubleshooting as needed, and automation of deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services. They will also be responsible for maintaining a Windows Active Directory domain and supporting Linux infrastructure in the classified region.

Responsibilities:
Support a Linux & Windows AirGapped environment.
Troubleshoot systems as needed, and route trouble tickets & support requests as required to Service Desk.
Review and automate workload deployments in support of the POX Customers site specific requirements such as enabling the consumption of workloads from collateral and program read on users off the same stack. This person will help automate the configuration and deployment of said solutions and have the code delivered into a USG owned software factory.
Design, develop, and build an automated CI/CD pipeline to deliver complex software products into a production environment.
Continue development and maintenance of the automated software build process using tools such as, but not limited to, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and specific Azure technologies
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of code into production environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and automation.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Continuously improve and optimize infrastructure and automation processes.
The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial.
A willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends is also required.
Support a cloud hosted DevOps Platform inside of Azure that leverages cloud-based infrastructure such as Azure Kubernetes Service to support rapid software development.
Lead, plan, design and implement backlog tasking (e.g. component upgrades, feature request, bug fixes).
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers to solve complex problems.
Ensure the security controls are implemented correctly.

Requirements:
Must be a US citizen
Advanced technical competency and experience in one or more of the following areas: Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Federated Services, Active Directory Certificate Services, Windows Server Update Services, YUM, ACAS Automation, Azure Monitor / Log Analytics, Kubernetes.
Ability to manage an Airgap Linux update infrastructure on behalf of the customer.
Ability to submit required documentation in support of a change configuration management process.
5+ years related experience in SCI/SAP environments.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related
field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience.
5-8 years demonstrated performance in related technology.
Minimum Security Clearance Required
Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility

Requirements

7+ years of Cyber Security experience.
5 years of offensive focused experience (Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, Penetration Testing, tool development, etc.).
Hands-on keyboard experience during multiple Red Team engagements.
Understand Red Teaming Methodology (Recon, Exploitation, Persistence, Lateral Movement, Post Exploitation, and Exfiltration).
Be able to explain the tools and techniques used during each phase of a red team operation, their purposes, and any OPSEC-related considerations.
Experience with common Penetration Testing and Red Team Tools such as Burp Suite, C2 Frameworks, Kali Linux, and Open-Source Hacking Tools.
Demonstrated ability to script effectively in both Linux and Windows environments, with development experience in a language of choice (e.g., Python, Rust, Go, .NET, etc.).

Maintain Food Safety training and certification.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Units Picked, Put Away, Received and Shipped on INVIO/HIVE (Warehouse Management System)
Work 12-hour shifts
Ability to drive a forklift
Perform all DC-PC2, CP, CCP, QP, and CQP process checks required for the position. Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement deviations. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper production operation. Demonstrate identity of product and, record accurate data on production reports.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to work overtime (OT) and/or weekends as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
