Essential Job Functions
• Perform any of the following activities at various levels of speed as directed by the Team Leader:
• Safely Operate Forklift and material handling equipment.
• Perform inventory functions including but not exclusive to: Cycle counts, physical inventory, product checks.
• Load and receive materials from trailers.
• Load, store, move materials in and out of racking
• Perform loading documentation process in accordance with Hazmat rules
• Operate and use plant's warehouse management system/RFID
• Perform packing/quality checks and documentation as required
• Hand stack palletized product as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
• Be responsible for the final quality of every unit that is placed into a customer's shipper. If unsure of the quality standard required, there is a responsibility to check with the Team Leader before packing questionable product.
• Be responsible for the safety and housekeeping in the immediate work area. Help to clean and report any unsafe conditions to your Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards, and follow all plant policies and procedures.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Able to visually concentrate, remain alert, and listen intensely for extended periods of time.
• Able to stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, reach and climb consistently for twelve hours.
• Able to grasp and manipulate a variety of packaging components (ie. sprayers, bottles, caps)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to work in accordance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations.
• Must be able to lift 45lbs. from floor to shoulder level.
• Must be able to work overtime where necessary.
• Preferred 2 years forklift experience
• Must be able to safely operate the forklift around co-workers, other forklifts, and mechanical and electrical equipment for up to 12 hours.
• Possibility of working around unpleasant odors.
• Working in non-temperature-controlled environment, including high temperatures and humidity for extended periods of time.
• Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location.
• Constant interaction with a variety of chemicals and chemical products.

Strong customer orientation and strong negotiating skills
Background in import logistics, global import operations, and Customs Compliance
Develops and maintains operational plans to include all business requirements of customers
Provides pricing for ocean/air/trucking freight with carriers, 3rd party logistics providers
SOP/Work Instructions maintenance and ensuring operational best practice in line with customer requirements as well as ensuring operational SOP compliance
Responsible for developing and enforcing standard operating procedures to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to shipments and transportation
Builds relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal team members, and helps resolve any freight problems that may arise
Reviews KPIs for each business and performance regularly for customer satisfaction
Learns and follows company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
Performs ad-hoc reporting, as required
Performs other job-related duties as required
Salary: $28 - $32 /hr. (D.O.E)
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations (import/export/trucking, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean/Air Carrier) for Sr. Staff level
Warehouse (WMS) experience preferred
Strong Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint preparation skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively
Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
Strong work ethic
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Bachelor's Degree preferred

The Sales & Logistics Operations Operator is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across sales and logistics functions.
This role involves managing order data, operating EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems, overseeing inventory and shipments, and supporting stable sales and supply operations through close collaboration with retail partners

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Management
- Receive and process customer purchase orders, manage system entries, updates, and shipment schedules
- Verify and perform test transmissions of EDI data for each order
2. Inventory & Shipment Management
- Collaborate with the logistics team to monitor inventory levels and adjust shipment plans accordingly
- Support promotional and sales-related logistics operations
3. Data & Reporting
- Generate and manage reports on sales, inventory, and order status for internal review
4. Partner Communication
- Coordinate with retail partners and internal sales teams to handle inquiries and requests
- Identify root causes and coordinate resolutions for EDI or ERP-related issues
5. Process Improvement

6. Preferred Qualifications
