Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the teammate occupying this position. * Operate forklift or other hand truck * Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company * Perform cycle counts as required * Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped * Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment * Transport merchandise from receiving dock or reserve slots to proper location in the warehouse * Maintain the proper replenishment in the computer, using a handheld device, when the pallet is put back in the rack * Stack cases and rotate merchandise * Refill benches and fill pallet slots * Pull material/products to deliver to production lines * Move/Slot finished product from production to designated storage area * Pull finished product from storage and load on trailers * Maintain accurate records of quantities, pack size and description Unload material/product from trailers * Identify safety hazards in the workplace * Consolidate partial pallets for incoming good * Follows standard work methods * Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible * Help identify cost/time-saving measures to increase production on the line

    As a Shipping Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely handling the shipping operations within our facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are correctly packaged, labeled, and loaded for shipment according to company standards and industry regulations.
