We operate six regional construction materials businesses and a national Building Materials business in the United States, supplying aggregate-based materials and contracting services to a wide range of projects including large, publicly financed infrastructure projects, commercial, and residential developments. The core business of producing crushed stone and sand and gravel is enhanced by value adding operations that produce ready mixed concrete, asphalt, and concrete products. In addition, recycling, liquid asphalt, soil remediation and retailing operations are also offered in some business regions. Currently we are seeking high energy candidates with experience and with a combination of the below description. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Runs dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks or other types of large equipment used for paving or moving, grading and compacting earth, sand, gravel, stone and/or asphalt materials. Conducts routine daily inspections of equipment and maintains equipment in a clean and safe manner. Operates equipment, loading material into bins, into crusher, into trucks or into plant. Moves earth or other materials from one location to another. Runs paving/grading equipment. Performs visual and safety inspection of equipment. May maintain appearance of equipment, proper air pressure in tires, proper fluid levels or perform minor repairs as needed. Completes are paperwork that may be necessary; assists with other duties required WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and write. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Pay Rate: $20 per hour paid bi-weekly Type:Part time Hours: Must be flexible to start between 7am - 9am Schedule: Clutter operates from Thursday-Monday and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs. Job Site: Mover / Helper's start and end their shift at the Clutter depot at 77 Constitution Blvd, Franklin, MA, 02038. RESPONSIBILITIES Operate turret forklift to collect, load, and put away warehouse items Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory Adhere to quality and safety standards set forth by the company Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as required Pick and stage pallets to be onboarded Turret Forklift Operators will inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment THE IDEAL CANDIDATE At least 18 years of age with high school diploma, GED or equivalent 3+ years' experience operating powered forklifts As a Forklift Operator, you will be expected to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs regularly You will be on your feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours/day) You will be expected to track and manage data using smartphone software Knowledge of various material-handling equipment a plus Strong understanding of OSHA regulations Turret Forklift Operators must possess a high regard for safety in the workplace WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
