KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE as required. Respond to alarms, identify, and troubleshoot issues. Fill out inventory tags for restock of material after orders are complete. Assemble cartons and containers using appropriate hand tools. Assist with Package and seal molded and/or assembled product per company and customer specifications as needed. Verify labels and product stacked on skids per lot information and product specification. Ensure proper performance of equipment pertaining to resins and materials. Clean and maintain auxiliary material handling systems and support equipment, including gaylords and grinders. Maintain housekeeping of material loading areas and airlock. Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Plan so materials and color changes happen in a timely manner, according to production schedule.
