Summary

* Follow and understand system designated direction by RF to ensure accurate selection and movement of product.
* Move pallets and cases of product from the shipping/export dock to the proper trailer/carrier in accordance with production standards
* Transfer single/double stacked pallets and load various trailer sizes maneuvering pallets as required; pinwheel or side-to-side damage free.
* Apply the proper order packing slip to the pallet within customer compliance guidelines
* Maintain records of orders / packing slips / pallets loaded on each trailer
* Verify wave number, pallet number, and carrier designated by the load manifest to ensure accurate selection and movement of product.
* Review all compliance guidelines as indicated by the system.
* Provide feedback to warehouse supervisor on matters concerning warehouse operations and recommend measures to improve work methods
* Retain knowledge of account requirements to prevent the occurrence of compliance failures.
* Use all warehouse equipment/tools properly to increase productivity, efficiency, safety, and report any unsafe conditions/equipment or injury to warehouse supervisors.

Specific Skills
The Vehicle Maintenance Instructor's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deliver instruction on ACV operations, including system/subsystem controls, operator-level maintenance, and waterborne procedures.

Required Qualifications
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English, including technical terminology related to operation, maintenance, and assembly/disassembly of vehicle systems.
Demonstrated experience in instructing ACV or comparable combat vehicle operations.
Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) and technical references at the operator level.
Strong instructional, communication, and evaluation skills.
Required Education/Certifications
Must be current USMC Swim Qualification Intermediate, or capable of qualifying as such.
Must have a current SVET Qualification or capable of qualifying in the SVET.
Preferred Education/Experience
Preferred graduates of Instructor Development Course (IDC) and or Curriculum Developers Course (CDC). Prior Formal Learning Center experience is a plus.

Duties
· Pull and stage ingredients and concentrates for next day production. Operate a forklift to move ingredients and concentrate throughout the Warehouse, cooler, and freezer with the use of tow trailer as needed.
· Review Production schedule, determine requirements, determine priority (freezer, cooler, dry) level, organizing staging lanes and executing the pulling in a timely manner to minimize congestion and optimize flow.
· Utilize inventory reporting system, RF scanners to track movement and QAD to determine quality attribute levels in certain lots, and use of FEFO method, when applicable.
· Put away any unused ingredient and concentrate from previous day's production. Review Production schedule, determine which requirements were not used from previous day and determine priority (freezer, cooler, dry) level. Execute the returns in a timely manner to minimize congestion and optimize flow.
· Use RF scanners to track movement, using QAD to determine correct locations for the return, and returning any unused production, so that FIFO method can be used next time the production is pulled.
· Run FEFO report from QAD, put into Excel format, sort, and filter information.
· Print Production schedule and use for printing batch sheets and Pro-guides to be used in Blending. Ability to fill out batch sheets with ingredient information.
· Keep the staging area, coolers, dry ingredient storage and freezer clean and organized. Areas should be organized by keeping lot integrity in each area, keeping one partial per item and keeping area free of debris and leaks. Requires occasional sweeping of the area, using sweeper and scrubber and at times a broom / squeegee.
· Accountable for food safety, food quality and regulatory requirements for their position
· Encouraged to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues
· Adopt and maintain all SQF requirements for their position

Full-time Description
BeCore is looking for an Event Vehicle Operator (EVO) based out of Charlotte, NC to execute innovative, impactful, and locally relevant event vehicle experiences for a global beverage company. The perfect candidate will work at both strategic and operational levels, supporting annual business plans and regional brand objectives for our client's company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
STRATEGY
Contribute expertise and knowledge of region-specific sports, music, art, and gaming cultures to develop a strategic plan for vehicle usage
Collaborate with our client's internal teams to establish and maintain an integrated network across multiple departments
Administrate usage of the event vehicle while ensuring optimal utilization in target markets and audiences
Communicate daily with regional and national stakeholders to ensure alignment on event vehicle strategy and best practices
ACTIVATION MANAGEMENT
Coordinate event vehicle activation schedule based regional strategic priorities and consumer focus
Manage and execute end-to-end logistics for operation of the event vehicle; including, but not limited to driving, vehicle staging, set-up/tear-down, product procurement, entertainment, and operation of on-board equipment
Serve as public-facing brand ambassador and respond to consumer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Brief event organizers on vehicle capabilities and provide insightful ideas for event support
Secure permits as required
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
Manage all aspects of vehicle upkeep to ensure reliability and operational safety, to include regular maintenance and annual servicing
Maintain cleanliness (interior & exterior) to preserve brand appearance at all times
Perform regular on-board entertainment system checks to ensure longevity of the client-owned assets
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and present regional program plans for review and discussion
Develop event recaps for regional and national stakeholders
Possess consumer experience, event vehicle program, and brand acumen
Maintain a network of mechanics, equipment specialists, artists, DJs, etc.
Manage monthly and annual activation budgets, to include timely expense reporting
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
You have an Associates or Bachelors Degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
You have a focused interest in sports, gaming, and culture marketing
You're confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver
You possess a high level of organization and have the ability to deliver excellent (and effective) verbal and written communications
You are equal parts proactive and reactive, and able to adapt easily to fluid situations
Your personal brand operates with an elevated level of integrity and professionalism
You're collaborative and have the skills and interest needed to build and develop relationships within a marketing organization
You're proficient in Microsoft Office tools (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and have familiarity with business communication platforms, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
You may have pre-existing interest in, or knowledge of, brand heritage sports (moto, skate, surf, wake, etc.) and always looking for new opportunities
You might have pre-existing interest in, or knowledge of, local music and arts culture, or have experience as an emcee or DJ
You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role

Forklift Operator (1st Shift)
Logistics operator job in Raleigh, NC
LB&B Associates Inc. has immediate Forklift Operator positions available at the ABC Warehouse in Raleigh/Clayton, North Carolina. Hourly pay rate: $18.00 per hour. Monday through Friday / 6:00am-3:30pm. Company offers mandatory life Insurance, short / long-term disability insurance, and optional medical, dental and vision insurance. 401k w/ matching, tuition reimbursement program, paid vacation, and paid sick leave.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years forklift driving experience. Must be able to operate pallet jack safely. Ability to pass internal forklift/pallet jack test and assessment. Based on the business needs the individual selected for this position may need to work at the Raleigh or Clayton, N.C. warehouse as needed.
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
