The SrOE Manager builds effective operating systems, tools and culture throughput the mfg organization. The SrOE Manager coaches the manufacturing team on all methods to improve operational performance. They represent the factory in the cross site and cross functional global OE community to share knowledge and improve performance throughout the company.
