Summary
The Warehouse Operator III is responsible for operating all types of equipment for the purpose of performing various duties. Liable for accurate, damage-free movement of pallets and cases of product from the shipping/export dock to the proper trailer/carrier.
* This position is 2nd shift - 2:15 pm -10:15 pm schedule - must be able to work overtime (2 hour max daily) & weekends/holidays as needed.*
Responsibilities
* Follow and understand system designated direction by RF to ensure accurate selection and movement of product.
* Move pallets and cases of product from the shipping/export dock to the proper trailer/carrier in accordance with production standards
* Transfer single/double stacked pallets and load various trailer sizes maneuvering pallets as required; pinwheel or side-to-side damage free.
* Apply the proper order packing slip to the pallet within customer compliance guidelines
* Maintain records of orders / packing slips / pallets loaded on each trailer
* Verify wave number, pallet number, and carrier designated by the load manifest to ensure accurate selection and movement of product.
* Review all compliance guidelines as indicated by the system.
* Provide feedback to warehouse supervisor on matters concerning warehouse operations and recommend measures to improve work methods
* Retain knowledge of account requirements to prevent the occurrence of compliance failures.
* Use all warehouse equipment/tools properly to increase productivity, efficiency, safety, and report any unsafe conditions/equipment or injury to warehouse supervisors.
* Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work environment. This includes restrooms, break rooms, and equipment. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
* Assist in training new employees
* Adhere to all warehouse SOPs
Qualifications
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules including safe operation of equipment.
* Maintain business confidentiality relative to picking, promotions, distribution methods, inventory, customer lists and financial reports.
* Ability to read, count, write, and perform simple math calculations
* Responsible for the careful handling of all products, avoiding damage of any type
* Ability to learn technical material to accomplish necessary objectives.
* Work requires moderate physical effort and the use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity
* Must have good communication skills - both verbal and written
* Experience in operating a high-reach, stand-up forklift

Forklift Drivers are an important part of our manufacturing teams. As a Forklift Driver you will be responsible for operating a lift in order to keep production operating smoothly. Responsibilites include:
Moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high volume production environment. All transferring must be performed with a high degree of accuracy and accountability and in accordance with the established standard processes and procedures. All duties performed with focus on safety.

The 1st Shift Full Time Forklift Operator II is responsible for completing material movement throughout the facility and grounds by moving, loading, and unloading assets using a wide variety of material handling equipment at a proficient level, such as a forklift and, or pallet jack.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Pull specific vending and cold drink equipment to fulfill sales request needs
* Ensure all Outbound loads are secured and safe by applying protective wrapping as needed and that the proper documentation is attached (STO)
* Load and unload trailers, as needed, to support delivery activities following CCCI SOPs to ensure accuracy by updating SAP, CONA via handhelds for accountability of Inbound and outbound loads to, from territories supported by Regional Operation Center
* Perform all safety and housekeeping activities, including conducting pre-and post-trip checks, reviewing daily documentation for accuracy, and keeping the work area neat and clutter-free

Responsible for inspecting Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs) for quality and remove any waste material, stickers, tags, damaged RPCs, and non-Tosca RPCs from the production line in accordance with Tosca's food safety policies
Must be able to load, unload, and stack RPCs from the production line for processing
Must be able to safely operate a forklift
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment including reporting food or environmental safety concerns
Must be able to understand, operate, and manage automated machinery - touchscreen and switch panels
Can operate multiple service center operational processes including HMI and scanning.
Manage the sanitization of production line and equipment
Must be able to safely operate equipment in alignment with Tosca's safety protocols including - Lockout/Tag out, Chemical Handling, etc.
Monitor processing of RPC's through the line and adjust input or output as needed to maximize through put
Monitor supplies or materials used for processing
Complete document prep, filing, training, auditing, data entry, inventory counts, etc.
Must be able to understand written instructions
Will be required to assist the Maintenance Coordinator or Technician on minor machine adjustments or fixes
Perform other related duties and assignments as required within the service center
