Responsible for the receipt of all incoming materials, supplies, equipment and returned goods. Routes or delivers material to storage or production areas. Safely operates a variety of material handling equipment, which may include narrow aisle, wire guided powered industrial trucks. Confirms customer orders before they are packed to ensure the correct chemicals are shipped and packs them to ensure conformity to all applicable shipping regulations.

Applies all required labels and markings to box to comply with hazardous materials regulations (Packing/Receiving) Prepares hazardous shipping documentation (Packing/Receiving Maintains record of orders (Packing/Receiving) Removes and ships all defective material to vendors (Packing/Receiving) Put product away using scanner or computer system (Material Handler) Selects and puts away material using narrow aisle, wire guided machines. Summary Description:
Reporting to the department Manager, the Forklift Operator II is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of powered industrial trucks. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks with raw materials and/or finished goods. Essential Job Functions:
Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas (including but not limited to hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, appropriate safety gloves, and seatbelts while operating forklifts).
Responsible for adhering to food quality and food safety guidelines per Refresco, Customer and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF) standards.
Load and unload raw materials from incoming trucks and transport them to designated areas. Validate quantities by use of Blind Count Sheets or use of SAP transactions performed on forklift computer.
Ability to use SAP database through Vehicle Mounted Units (VMUs) installed on forklifts.
Load/unload trucks and perform all other warehouse functions within SAP using the forklift VMU.
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT's) in a high paced environment and be in-house forklift certified.
Supply raw materials to the production lines as required.
Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and adhere to forklift battery or propane tank changing operations and safety procedures.
Know proper use of dock levelers, dock restraints and dock doors.
Know basic loading pattern for inter-warehouse transfers.
Perform SAP cycle count on a location; query a location & pallet tag and make basic pallet case adjustments
Be proficient in any or all of the Receiving Functions, VNA (very narrow aisle) turret truck operations, or perform transfers & putaways at any Warehouse site for the plant.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate industrial forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials.
Maintain accurate product placement and inventory control within warehouse racks.
Assist with routine physical inventory counts and cycle checks.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted at the end of each shift.
Identify and report product damage, safety concerns, or equipment issues promptly.
Support efficient warehouse flow by relocating materials as directed.
Follow all facility safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of clamp forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work on your feet for extended periods.
Comfortable working in environments with fluctuating temperatures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must successfully complete site-specific forklift certification and safety training.

What You'll Do:
