1st Weekend Shifts 4:00am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities:
Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
Inspecting damages to vehicles.
Operating and managing technical equipment.
Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
Identifying workplace safety hazards.
Adhering to safety management standards.
Adhering to production schedules.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in cold temperatures
Must be able to understand and communicate in English (verbal and written)
Must have at least one year of prior Forklift experience with Raymond Band Lift Trucks: Stand Up Forklift, Standard Reach, Deep-Reach (Double), Order Picker, Walkie Electric Pallet Jack.

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an experienced Scale Operator for a leading recycling company in Phoenix, AZ. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, comfort with computer systems, and experience working in an industrial or recycling environment.
Job Summary
The Scale Operator will operate a commercial truck scale using RIMAS Scale Software, ensuring accurate documentation of inbound and outbound loads. This role also supports basic clerical tasks and yard coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a commercial truck scale using RIMAS software.
Accurately record truck weights, load details, materials, and transaction information.
Communicate clearly with truck drivers and onsite personnel.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
Maintain organized and accurate records in compliance with company procedures.
Assist yard operations when needed, including safe material movement.
Qualifications
1-2 years of Scale Operator experience required.
1-2 years of forklift experience required (sit-down forklift preferred).
Previous experience with RIMAS software preferred but not required.
Strong computer skills and accurate data entry capability.
Ability to follow established procedures with high attention to detail.
Prior experience in a recycling, industrial, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
Comfortable working both in an office and yard/warehouse environment.
