Summary:The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing all BEDGEAR warehousing functions in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, adhering to established processes and procedures. Essential Functions (includes but not limited to): The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing all BEDGEAR warehousing functions in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, adhering to established processes and procedures. This position requires an intermediate understanding of warehousing best practices, including physical and systematic receiving processes, maintaining appropriate stock levels for production, and accurately picking finished goods orders using warehouse management systems and RF scanners. Key Responsibilities: Participate in all warehousing functions while following established safety and operational procedures. Maintain inventory safely and accurately within the warehouse. Efficiently floor load finished goods cartons on full truckloads or containers to maximize cubic space. Perform inventory counts at required accuracy levels using current measurement techniques.
