Customer Service * Deliver friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to guests, tour operators, and internal staff. * Handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring positive outcomes. * Promote Denali National Park attractions and provide guidance to enhance visitor experiences. Operational Support * Collaborate with department managers to support daily operations and special projects. * Assist with reporting, data entry, and recordkeeping related to transportation logistics. * Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness for daily operations. * Support environmental management system (EMS) objectives by adhering to sustainability practices and departmental targets.
